After I processed this there was only one title and one song that came to mind....
"My Own Worst Enemy" by Lit.
Can we forget
About the things
I said when I was drunk?
I didn't mean to call you that
I can't remember
What was said or
What you threw at me
Please tell me
Please tell me why
My car is in the front yard
And I'm sleeping
With my clothes on
I came in through the
Window last night
And you're gone
It's no surprise to me
I am my own worst enemy
'Cause every now and then
I kick the living sh*t out of me
The smoke alarm is going off
And there's a cigarette
Still burning
Please tell me why
My car is in the front yard
And I'm sleeping
With my clothes on
I came in through the
Window last night
And you're gone
Please tell me why
My car is in the front yard
And I'm sleeping
With my clothes on
I came in through the
Window last night
It's no surprise to me
I am my own worst enemy
'Cause every now and then
I kick the living sh*t out of me
Can we forget about the
The things I said
When I was drunk?
I didn't mean to call you that
The full moon looking like the sun above the south tower of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco. Taken before dawn from Crissy Field.
The Northern Lights put on a show that allowed me to take some pictures of our home that I never imagined would be possible.
Who would have thought!!! There are moments when dreams come true; this is one of those. We had Aurora, we were in Death Valley, there were clouds, they parted for ten minutes, and I made my shot!
Smile on Saturday theme: Lit by Candlelight!
Miniature Japanese card 3D model lit by 3 candles!
Thanks to everyone who took the time to view, comment, and fave my photo. It’s really appreciated. 😊
If one were so inclined to take decent night street photos they could head to the theatre district and take them under well lit marquee signs.

shall I take this down? I'm never sure...
explored highest #116! :D
Street in Yerevan, Armenia. What jumped out to me were the bright lit windows, with the chandeliers pouring out light onto the street. The stone of the building has nice rugged structure and gives some interest and beauty to the scene.

Low light RP images. I like this camera but I pick up the R6 on Tuesday. The RP may be in the pile of gear to get traded.
The Literary and Philosophical Society of Newcastle upon Tyne, aka “Lit & Phil” as it is popularly known, is a historical library. It’s the largest independent library outside London. The library is still available for both lending (to members) and as a free reference library. It houses over 160,000 books.
It was founded in 1793 as a "conversation club" by the Reverend William Turner c.s. The annual subscription was originally one guinea. The Lit & Phil retains its mission: to educate the people of Newcastle and the surrounding area. There are currently around 2000 members, the highest figure for decades; since 1952 to be precise. Next to literature, it has an outstanding music library.
The Lit & Phil is a public building and everyone is welcome to use it. Just go up the stairs and enter the library. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. It is allowed to take photos inside as long as you respect the house rules. So, please take the time for a visit. It is a hidden gem and waiting for you to discover it.
Technical stuff
This is a single shot photo. I used a sigma fisheye lens (15mm). So no pano as you might expect of me.
Post-production included nothing much. I tinkered a little with the curves tool in PS CC to give it a HDR-look; but is actually isn’t. And as always, I added some copyright watermarks. They are, alas, there to stay due to the frequent copying of my photos. So, don't bother commenting on that.
