I took about 6 different aspects of the Tate Gallery and all have their differences and in due course I will scatter them throughout the tour. This one however epitomizes St Ives for me the most because I felt so fortunate to get both Seagulls and a typically, for St Ives blue sky with fluffy clouds....
Tate St Ives is an art gallery in St Ives, Cornwall, England, exhibiting work by modern British artists with links to the St Ives area. The Tate also took over management of another museum in the town, the Barbara Hepworth Museum and Sculpture Garden, in 1980.

I love sunny spells. Adds another interest to the picture. Here's another Norwegian scene. Photographed off the Lukksund bridge, on my way from the Malkenes Ferry Quay to Schatt Harding.

Amazing reflections in Loch Awe. I just loved the way the sun was striking a small area on the opposite bank. I prefer sunny spells to constant sun, the shade and light is more interesting.

The Antinori Chianti Classico Winery is just south of the village of Bargino, off the SR2 between Florence and Siena.
Tours and wine tasting amid stunning architectural lines and beautiful Tuscan scenery.
Sunrise behind Glasgow City Chambers, in George Square, Glasgow. A very cold morning, this morning! About -4 Degrees Celcius when I took this.

………Fast moving clouds and contrasty light would probably made a better video with the shafts of light moving about! Buttermere circular walk - always popular, on the return leg it was a tad busy with folks going counter clockwise. Have a great W/End & ‘stay safe’. Alan:-)……

Some really crisp light here and some deep shade. Last years leaves on the floor, this years just appearing bright & green.
The bronze equestrian statue on the Right Hand Side of this picture may not look that exciting nowadays, but this statue caused a real stir when it was first revealed. It is a statue of Queen Victoria by Baron Carlo Marochetti (1805-1867). It was unveiled in 1854. It commemorates the Queen Victoria's visit to Glasgow in 1849.
It’s the first equestrian statue of a woman in the UK. Huge crowds were there for its’ unveiling. It’s provoked a lot of debate about balance, as Victoria is sitting sidesaddle, and scale, as I believe she is shown a bit larger in proportion than the horse, to save her figure being dwarfed by her steed.

………The Autumn colours not showing much but I liked the pools of light on this tree lined short walk in Cumbria, the old railway line out of Keswick - not yet fully open after extensive flood damage to 5 bridges. Happy Tree Tuesday and ‘stay safe’. Alan:-)……
