There are the 2 kinds of paved, one atop the other, and each one flush against a wall.
One side of the lightpole is protected from trucks backing into it but not the other. What does it look like lit up is something I might like to see, esp w/r/t its milk-like white panels.
"Painting the town red" is a phrase that refers to acts of badly bloodying every person one sees, by various frightening methods, rampagingly & unfortunately.

Practicing various types of photography on the refurbished NIKOND5000.. DO notice differences from my old one that was bought new. I like my old Nikon better than the one they put in (make no mistake, however, for the money it's minimal issues ). It doesn't always shoot as it's set to... I was trying to shoot monochrome and it didn't. Then the NEXT time I went to shoot it DID... Lo and behold I forgot about about NEF processing so I shoot RAW whenever I have the room. Thanks for your patience. & support, For those sometimes bound by an android app. found a simple solution. Simply copy the group codes and send them (one or two at a time as there's a character limit to most notepads and messaging) copy and paste them onto notepad in your phone. Then you can still comment with codes when away from your computer etc. Sending them through Facebook Messenger to a trusted friend or family member is easiest. That's my #Wednesdaywisdom
You all have a great #Humpday Prayers and blessings to those affected by #LasVegasShootings <3
Sure would be nice to wake up to good news. Sadly, for many, tomorrow morning will be like waking up to a nightmare all over again...

This evening of February 20th, 2011 was pretty awesome. Those that have followed me for awhile may remember some of the other shots (here and here) from the top of this downtown Phoenix parking garage right next to Chase Field. Seven stories. An absolutely amazing sunset with the most gorgeous clouds you ever saw. And a previous rain left puddles everywhere.
I can't even begin to tell you how much I love clouds and sunsets like this. They are incredibly rare.
This will likely be the last image I post from that night. Time to move on, and leave it behind.

I get these comments from time to time that my images are "too light"...... There are a number of comments that come to mind but I will refrain myself.
