Yay! my first ever lightning photo... was on a long exposure concentrating on just one piece of the sky... damn it's bright though, see the next pic to see how close the lightning was to overexposing the whole frame. before & after kinda thing.

Lightning

A 4-hour lightning storm by San Salvador Island in Masinloc, Zambales, Philippines put everyone in euphoria. After a furious downpour that afternoon, the sky cleared up as the lightning storm moved away from the island.

From the sea shore, the horizon was filled with dark, ominous nimbus clouds where flashes of electric lightning streaks lit up the otherwise serene and dark sky. The whole panoramic scene was surreal and dream-like, capturing the awe and imagination of those who were blessed enough to witness such a bizarre yet enigmatic display of nature's beauty.
