Manly after a storm.

The lightning strike occured while I was taking the shots for the panorama. I was lucky enough to take a picture when the lightning hit. I didn't even realise I caught it until I looked through my pictures later at home.

The Lightning Preservation Group are based at Bruntingthorpe with an original QRA hanger from RAF Wattisham to house the pair of English Electric Lightnings that are kept in taxiable condition.

It was really windy and rainy when I took this. I stood outside my parents house with my tripod for about an hour trying to get a shot of lightning. I think this was the best thing I got. Hammond, IN 2005.

completely random and pure luck I got this. Woken at about 2am with a thunderstorm in and around the bay the Villa overlooked. Just stuck the camera through the window and tried my luck.

You can just see the remains of another lightening strike in the top left
