Looks like the lady is suffering through some ham and lentils to help soak up the nice red wine.

I added a tin of tomatoes and a bit more water to this. I'd recommend par boiling the sweet potato as the recipe took approx 40/50 mins rather than 20mins.

Ok, VERY rare (and cold) beef. It's from the rib joint that was gently roasted on Sunday. I grew up with beef that was cooked to grey leather and have railed against it ever since I discovered that it didn't have to be that way. There's onion, garlic, mint and chilli oil with the lentils. Add the peppery rocket and a twist of salt on the beef and you have a complex mix of flavours that hits where it should.
From loose beads to a finished necklace. I couldn't stop working on my beads, haha, even I go on vacancy.
I've combined the lentils with tiny drop glass beads and facetted czech glass beads. The Center has on each side a square glass bead, same lilac color as I used for the lentils.
Dolled up with fat free plain yogurt, saracha hot sauce, and a dash of pepper. My favorite fast lentil soup is Progresso healthy lentils.
This soup was PACKED with vegetables and lentils and the one item that really made it stand out was the red wine in the broth.
Pictured are lentils, carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, and kale.
