After looking skywards at what the big boys and girl Blacked headed gulls were doing this young chick not wanted to be left out set off to do the same. Unfortunately he/she made it only a few iches but, its a start.

At the Eastwood Branch Library's Summer Learning program Animals Rock, Alabama 4-H educates the audience about how animals thrive and survive in the real world. The "show and tell" style presentation of live animals featured a turtle, bearded dragon, Cooper's Hawk, American vulture, and a California king snake.
Very lucky to see a 10 day old Baby Moose getting his daily swim lesson from Momma Moose. Absolutely amazing sight. East Yellowstone, Wyoming.

You can see a piece of me (my hand), but my daughter is a huge piece of who I am as well.
She hasn't said any real words yet, but she loves to flip through her board books and babble excitedly. She pulled herself up using the coffee table and insisted on standing for this session of story time.
I brought my little sister up to the reservoir to take some pics. This goat is in the yard at the base of the hill.

I had a little too much fun with that.. :P
Cadi and Brooke were a bit timid at first, but the water was very shallow at low tide and they were able to try out the boogie boards very close to me in less than a foot of water. After a couple of tries, they went out a bit further. The water was still below their waists, but the waves were plenty big! They can't wait to go back and boogie board again.
Seen at the British Wildlife Centre, Newchapel, Surrey. Not yet as confident as his brother, 'Jake' was finally enticed out to pose for the photographer. Having the Keeper's talk in the adjacent enclosure probably helped!
