While walking through a local greenhouse I noticed the light shining directly on the front of the leaf, the glow of the red color was amazing!

Catching up on processing some 2015 pictures. This is a leaf on my front steps.

I was hoping you'd be able to see the background a bit in this photo, but Flickr's white background does a pretty good job of blocking it out. It looks better in slideshow mode.

Anyway...

This photo is dedicated to my first donor, the amazing GustavoG who, between creating wonderful graphical representations of the Flickr community, took the time to make a donation toward my camera repair fund. Thanks, Gustavo! :)

Was attracted to the vibrant colours.

Fall color on the serviceberry tree

I was walking a trail I had never used in the Monmouth County Park System when I stopped to look around. I happened to watch as the white undersided leaf fell and came to rest on the broad green leaf. How quickly time moves on.

Here in the north of Italy in autumn is raining almost everyday. Fortunately rain can bring also something nice. I've found this leaf right in front in front of my door...

A very beautiful leaf skeleton that looks a bit like a fat tadpole heading left.

It was cold and icy today, so a trip to the warm, tropical indoor orangerie at Tower Hill seemed like a great idea. The variety of plants is always a joy to see, but especially at this time of year.

Leaf is going for a ride with me .

SOOC, No crop. I shot it with the leaf facing the sun and the background was a dark shadow.

My intention for this photo shoot is to photograph leaves in various forms and patterns. I found a few that I thought were interesting. This is one of them. I’ll be posting my leaf/leaves picture in the next several days.

Sort of as if a leaf had a role in a horror film or something.
