'backlit Maple leaf' On Black

This leaf was fluttering in the wind, and several shots missed. But the glowing back light was irrisistible.

I like to walk around the yard early morning or late evening and watch for things being transformed by the sun. One moment things are unremarkable and the next moment they become a little magical. And then they return to their normal existances. I was a little late on the leaf, but you get the idea.

Autumn is once again upon us

The chill is in the air...

Summer cannot compare.

Surely a new season has began.

That is Nature's great plan.

Leaves change from green to red... orange to brown.

They fly and lay upon the ground.

The breeze blows... and soon will bring Autumn to a close.
