which is over Cuprinol white - half wood primer and the reaction seems to have given a white fleck to the black to make it look like Lead.
Love's employees took time out of the LEAD Conference to fill sacks for the Regional Food Bank's Backpack Program Jan. 20 and 24. A total of 589 Love's volunteers filled 14,976 sacks during the two-day event.
Taking on a lead in a show is daunting enough. Taking on the lead role in Mack and Mabel is even more so,
For Mack it seems like just one monologue after another...oh and did I mention all the songs he has to learn? I think there's 8 in all!!
That's a LOT of stuff to learn. I love doing shows, but I don't think I could ever take on that amount of work for what is, after all, an unpaid amateur endeavour.
So I have every admiration for the people who do. The two main leads in Mack and Mabel, our Annual show this year, are being taken by Shay Griffin as Mack and Jennifer McGann as Mabel.
These are two fine performers in every sense. Still amateurs, still doing it for the sheer joy of stepping out into the bright lights. Just like every member of the cast. But in every other respect..... total pro's.
Like most people, I'm quite happy to take my small share of limelight, sing the odd song, throw out a few lines of dialogue and hopefully get it right. But these guys are something special.
Hats off to them. It's a pleasure to watch them work :-)

These lead flour bag seals were found in the Lune Valley, Cumbria. They weigh 5g. each. The obverse reads, BALTISCHE.GESELLSCHAFT. around the edge, NEUMUHLEN in arc over KIEL in the centre. The reverse reads, NEW PROCESS around edge, FLOUR in centre over leaf design. New Mills, Kiel in Germany manufactured white flour from the Baltic, and presumably traded with us here in England!
This page is about my husband, how we (my kids and I, plus his extended family), depend on him...how he usually ends up driving in the lead, how this year he planned our family vacation (for 17 of us!). I took these photos while he was driving the pontoon boat he'd rented for all of us to enjoy while on vacation.
He puts a lot of pressure on himself, and we love him for all he does for us. <3

Lead testing is performed on a home where lead had been found prior to renovations. Testing for lead involves collecting samples from various locations inside and out, including in soil around the home. June 19, 2020.

STE is one of Spokane's first bands to play all original music, and that's what they'll be doing that night. They're reuniting for one badass concert so don't miss your chance. When I photographed them during a practice session a few months ago, they sounded great. The music had a new flavor and edge to it, every bit as dynamic and vital as it ever was, if not better. I'll be there taking some photos and enjoying the show. Say howdy if you see me!

This is the reverse of a lead token. It appears to show a hand held balance or possibly a merchants mark. If looked at the other way up, then what might be an animal is seen at the top. There are four pellets in the field with further pellets around the edge. The piece is 26mm in diameter. W. 7g.
A late 17c early 18c date is likely, the piece acting as a penny? Recorded by the Portable Antiquities Scheme under LANCUM-9BBDE1.
