SX-ROD BAE Jetstream J41 stored at Cranfield Airfield since 2018 dismantled and framed being transported North to Scone Airfield, Perth, Scotland 20th July 2022, as myself and @carlowspotter tore up the M6 motorway to catch the ferry home from Holyhead.
The Jetstream gave Manx that little extra capacity on shorter routes this one joining their fleet in 1991.It was only with Manx for a few years before going to Euro Direct which was very short lived. Still at work as ZK-JSH with Vincent Aviation in New Zealand

Birmingham European Airways was originally established in 1983 as Birmingham Executive Airways. The airline as its name implies was based at Birmingham Airport (BHX/EGBB) in the UK and operated services geared towards business travellers. The airline began operations with three Jetstream 31 aircraft and a Saab 340 was introduced in February 1985. From September 1986, Birmingham Executive chose the Gulfstream I, operating a wet-leased aircraft, with the airline receiving the first of its own Gulfstreams, fitted out as 24-seat airliners in February 1987. Birmingham European Airways later introduced a number of BAC 1-11 aircraft into its fleet.
In October 1992, Birmingham European merged with Brymon Airways to form Brymon European Airways.
G-BMOW (Grumman G-159 Gulfstream I, c/n 155) was delivered in April 1965 as N992CP to Pfizer and Co. In September 1971 it was re-regsitered N22CP. In February 1978 the plane was bought by Corporate Jet Aviation as N24CP and in November 1978 sold to Philip Morris Inc. as N900PM. In January 1986 it was acquired by Chrysler Pentastar Aviation as N900PA, N805CC from August 1986. In February 1987 the plane was acquired as G-BMOW by Birmingham Executive Airways that in March 1989 was re-branded as Birmingham European Airways. In October 1992 the company merged with Brymon Airways to form Brymon European Airways and in December 1992 the aircraft was sold to Compagnie Africaine d'Aviation as 9Q-CBJ. Retired (when?), the plane sthould be still stored in DRC (N'Djili International Airport or Kinshasa International Airport).
Slide dated May 1990, the plane shows Birmingham European title with the final revised color scheme.

One of the very rare Jetstreams still flying on major airports. 1/50 second panning shot from the top of parking building P7 in order to get full propeller disks. This photo is dedicated to Tanku, who had his fair share of turbulence and air sickness while gathering test flight data in such an aircraft. Phenomena such as Dutch Roll, German Bratwurst and British Meat Pie were investigated.
