These photos are older than the ones with lilies and roses. Forgot to put them up before. Most of the irises are gone already.
Lens: Minolta MC Rokkor-X PG 50mm f/1.4.
I've been enjoying this flower all week - its the only flower on an otherwise uncultivated allotment - and its perfect.
visited my gran today, thought this iris that was in her garden was pretty bizarre looking, almost leopard skin.
It's little difficult for me to take Iris shot...
How can I express the texture of the petals with the best depth of fields. This time I chose 200mm f/4.0, and closed up to one Iris.

This is the same photo I posted earlier. I played around in photoshop with the contrast and lighting levels. This is also cropped. Is this better?

The Rainbow after the rain, crowns Plaza de Tirso de Molina; under its shelter and protection is renewed the hustle and bustle of people, and their desires, and their worries; on a bright and polished floor, fresh scent, fresh air, and kiosk flowers, which burst into colors newly as they receive again the warm rays of the Sun on a spring afternoon. With the "zoomito" of my camera, and better pulse that assumed to have, I shot. I like this photo, nor I could tell very well why.

A picture of one of the iris in my garden. This is one of the few plants which the deer do not eat. 2007
