Another image taken on the French trip with Matt Toynbee, Sean Harding and Stuart Ball. I took this at Dunkirk, Nord-Pas-de-Calais.
As you can see by the image, this is slightly different to what I normally do.
I didn’t like the original so I thought I would convert it to mono but the image still didn’t jump out at me.
Then the idea of invert came into my mind, try to make it look like some kind of Negative but still keep the character. This is the first time I have done something like this and hope everybody likes the processing.

"Le rêve inversé" pourrais être une histoire. L'histoire d'un enfant du pays des songes, un petit garçon moitié rêve, moitié cauchemars, qui chaque soir n'avais qu'une idée en tête...faire des rêves à l'envers, des rêves ou notre réalité à nous deviendrais son imaginaire a lui. Mais comme il ne pouvais pas de lui même accéder au "pays de la réalité", une femme qui avais le pouvoir de passer d'un monde à l'autre, faisait tomber sur sa tête un peu de poussière magique et des images enchantées...

found this fellow (lady?) in the wardrobe and helped him (her?) make his (her?) way back to the great outdoors. He must have seen some "Great Escape" type movies!
Polish Air Force MiG-29 '67' pleases the crowds with an inverted flypast at the 2014 show at Kleine Brogel.
Three years later the aircraft was written off whilst on final approach. However, the pilot was more fortunate, especially as he did not bang out and there was no fire following the impact.

In addition to all the butterflies and bees, the sunflowers attract a lot of Goldfinches :-) I've learned to identify them by their call!

Alguns amigos me pediram pra mostrar como fiz o esquema de Lente invertida para a H9, então resolvi postar, caso mais alguém resolva brincar com isso.
O Esquema é simples. Sabe-se que com a lente invertida, eliminando a vinheta, conseguem-se macros muito mais detalhados e sem perda de nitidez, com a desvantagem que a linha de foco da lente invertida é bem mais estreita, mas enfim, a perca de um elemento é compensada por outro fator: A ampliação.
Usei para tal uma lente Pentax 50mm com abertura de f2.0 até 22 (usado em 2.0), com foco no infinito.
Montagem:
A lente Pentax coincidentemente tem seu diâmetro externo igual ao da H9, que é 50mm, não confundir essa medida com a distância focal. Então para unir as duas lentes usei um anel de borracha, para ser exato uma tira de câmera de pneu de bicicleta. As fotos mostram como isso foi feito. Preferi essa forma por ser de simples montagem e remoção, visto que não é sempre que estamos no mundo macro.
Utilização:
Após a montagem, com a câmera em modo Macro, percebe-se imediatamente a presença de uma grande vinheta, como mostra uma das fotos. Pode-se fotografar com a vinheta, removendo a mesma com um crop, mas não aconselho devido à perda de qualidade que se tem com esse processo, que é semelhante à aplicação de zoom digital. A grande sacada da lente invertida é justamente essa. No modo macro na H9, fotografa-se no modo LUPA a 1cm e não pode-se aplicar zoom ótico acima de 3x que perde-se o foco. Com a lente invertida não, pode-se usar até os 15x de zoom ótico, sem perda de qualidade no macro, mas é ai que começamos a ter os problemas operacionais, que é o estreitamento da linha de foco, onde conseguiremos apenas uma parte focada e o resto totalmente borrado. Outro problema (ou problema até que não se pegue o jeito de fazer a foto) é que o foco é feito de forma manual, afastando ou aproximando todo o conjunto para assim focar a parte desejada, ou seja, afasta-se ou aproxima-se a CÂMERA, para fazer o foco. Com isso, a chance de tremer é grande e fotos com baixas velocidades são mais complicadas para se fazer, mas nada que o treinamento não melhore os resultados.
Bem, o resto fica por contra das repetições e testes. Fiz várias fotos, inclusive uma de uma mosca onde deu pra ver perfeitamente seus olhos multifacetados....é isso...qualquer dúvida ou maiores informações, é só perguntar.
Outro detalhe importantíssimo...é necessário uso de flash pra aumentar o tamanho da linha de foco e, usa-se a lente acoplada em sua máxima abertura e a da câmera na menor abertura...
