Another from the fantastic Seaton Delaval Hall in Northumberland where they've suspended a giant ball form the ceiling - lends itself to some nice photographic opportunities (as well as some funny looks).

An abstract and minimalist view of the apartments at 100 Spadina Ave. Probably my favorite example of modernist residential tower architecture from the 1960/s, designed by Uno Prii (1969).
This chickadee came at the tree from below, perching in this seemingly awkward position. Didn't seem to bother it, though! At the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge.
False potato beetle... didn't know what this bug was but looked up on Google and it said it was the false potato beetle. Maybe someday I'll find the true one :-)

Sunday morning pe-sunrise and the very edge of the fog camped out over Castleton and the Hope Valley viewed from Mam Tor.
Europe, Portugal, Algarve, Sotavento, Ria Formosa, Olhão, Pleasure port, Inverted quay, floating devices (slightly cut from all sides)
Most of the quays in the pleasure port of Olhão float and sometimes have to be pulled up for maintenance.
This is number 88 of Olhão, Ilha da Culatra & Ilha da Armona and 1689 of Minimalism / explicit Graphism.
At the risk of turning into a one trick pony, here is yet another picture from my weekend trip to the North Fork of the Flathead.
I titled this "Inverted" because it is a contrast to the last picture I posted, which featured the bright colors of a sunrise and light behind these same peaks. This picture was taken during the blue hour after sunset, and a dark cloud sets off the peaks rather than colorful light. I removed all of the color (which was actually quite blue) just to see how the effect worked.
Wondering if I could create a silhouette for Crazy Tuesday - I couldn't!! But I did get this, which I really like!
