Auburn Aviation students were able to meet and network with United Airlines pilots at the Feb. 15 Aviate partnership announcement at Ag Heritage Park on the university's campus.

This simple video projection window display installation was a collaborative art project between Chairman Ting and Tangible Interaction in Vancouver, Canada.
The installation piece was created for only one night during the popular fireworks event to help maximize impact and generate awareness for Single Bicycles, a quality bicycle brand situated in downtown Vancouver on Robson Street.
From concept to production, this art installation took over a month to prepare, execute and test. The custom music track was composed and produced by Tom Pettapiece.

I was at the Arabian/Italian fair today in Milan and tried this video wall controlled via a natural interaction system based on a couple of digital cameras monitoring the hand gestures.
I am creating an Interaction + Video Mapping Installation in Miami 04.13.13 with an 8 year old talent named London. He has autism and the show is dedicated to this new wave of human beings.
The title 'COLOR WARRIORS' was taken from London's artist statement, which is "I am a Color Warrior."
Being a Color Warrior myself, it was only right to name to the show after our love for color !
Het 22e Haags Bakkie, georganiseerd door Anita. Als bewoner van stadsdeel Escamp mocht zij deze maanden gratis het Gemeentemuseum bezoeken. En nog leuker, zij mocht een gratis rondleiding aanvragen voor vrienden en kennissen die niet in Escamp wonen met een gratis bakkie koffie na afloop. Een echt Haags Bakkie met gebak!!
Boo, too bad flickr has these grey borders - totally killed this effect. Oh well, back to the drawing board. This is Carrie climbing the 2D/3D ladder - much more difficult than it looks - it's like upright twister.
Update - Flickr got rid of the grey borders!

Hey everyone,
Now that we've got the excitement of NIFCA out of the way, I'm proud to share a few shots of another project that I had the pleasure of doing recently. Do you remember that adorable little puppy that I photographed earlier this year? Well, guess who recently turned one year old? Her "dad" contacted me asking for some shots of her very first play date with two other dogs (you will meet them later). He was a bit worried about how she would react. Summer is a house pet and loves her family, but she doesn't have much interaction with other animals. Luckily it went perfectly and you would have thought they were raised together.
I've been thinking recently that I am a little like Summer. She has been growing in leaps and bounds in the past few months. And, so have I but my changes have been on the inside though. I stopped growing a little while back. :D Still, growth is growth and with every bit of growth comes change. I was trying to add up my year in photography for 2014 and for some reason, I found it difficult to determine how every field trip, seminar, meeting, award, etc. has really affected me.
Maybe I should just stop overthinking and be like Summer....and embrace them with lots of joy (and look back every once in a while).
