I'm selling my postcards and prints in www.fachl.at/de-at/Standorte/Deutschland/s-Fachl-Karlsruhe and all the sales are going towards aUkraine charity.

It wasn’t idylic as it looks as I left out the road with loads of cars driving up to the lift.

A local, now living in Hawaii, told me that she doesn’t even notice these power lines. For me, it was one of the most dominant features. The building with a “P” is a multistory car park. I guess it has about 12 floors, no windows and a lift takes the cars up to the parking decks. The floor space is not much bigger than a car.

I needed a rest after this sketch.

A local recommended sketching this street. I had to sketch quickly before the sun moved too far.

Drawn in 3 sittings during the day and and night.

I didn’t initially intend to draw every medieval brick church on the bike tour, only after the first couple it became an obsession. They look so similar and are always surrounded by trees so I started a series of sketches.

I saw this the previous day and hoped it would still be there when I had the chance to draw it.
