Sieg im Testspiel gegen Amkar Perm. Am heutigen Freitag, 04.07.2014 stand im Rahmen der Sommervorbereitung auf die Saison 2014/2015 das letzte Testspiel gegen Amkar Perm aus Rußland am Programm. Gespielt wurde in Lindabrunn.
Nach sieben Minuten die erste nennenswerte Chance für die Admira, doch ein Kopfball von Domoraud nach einer Flanke von der rechten Seite ging deutlich über das russische Tor. Nach 17 Minuten war es dann soweit und es stand 1:0 für die Admira. Nach perfekter Vorarbeit von Domoraud brauchte Schicker den Ball nur noch ins gegnerische Tor schieben. In der 27. Minute dann beinahe das 2:0 für die Admiraner, aber Wessely konnte einen Stanglpass von rechts leider nicht verwerten. Kurz vor der Pause dann die 2:0 Führung für den FC Admira Wacker Mödling. Nach einem Foul an Wessely gab es Freistoß für die Admira. Thürauer knallte den Ball aus circa 25 Metern perfekt und unhaltbar für den gegnerischen Torhüter ins Kreuzeck. Nur zwei Minuten später war es Thorsten Schick, der die Admira, nach wunderschönem Steilpass von Rene Schicker, bereits mit 3:0 in Führung brachte. Von Amkar Perm war in der gesamten ersten Spielhälfte wenig zu sehen und unser Gegner kam zu keiner einzigen wirklich zwingenden Torchance. Die Admira war in den ersten 45 Minuten die klar spielbestimmende Mannschaft und somit ging es verdientermaßen mit dieser 3:0 Führung in die Halbzeit.
Nach der Halbzeitpause kam bei der Admira Katzer anstelle von Windbichler aufs Spielfeld, bei unserem Gegner stand nach dem Seitenwechsel eine an allen Positionen veränderte Manschaft am Feld. In der 66. Spielminute probierte es Markus Lackner mit einem Schuss aus etwas größerer Distanz, doch sein Schuss ging knapp am Tor vorbei. Eine Viertelstunde vor Schluss tankte sich Schick an der linken Seite durch, seine Hereingabe fiel jedoch zu zu steil aus und somit blieb es bei der 3:0 Führung der Admira.
Alles in allem kam die Admira in der zweiten Spielhälfte zwar auch zu Torchancen, die Effizienz beim Verwerten der Chancen fehlte allerdinings.
Der FC Admira Wacker Mödling besiegt an diesem Abend Amkar Perm aus Rußland verdient mit 3:0 und beendete die Testspielserie mit einem Sieg.
Bereits am kommenden Freitag, 11.07.2014 geht es ab 19.30 Uhr mit der ersten Cuprunde weiter. Die Admira trifft in Kärnten auf den FC Lendorf, den dritten der Kärntner Landesliga.

La Catedral de San José en la ciudad de Tula de Allende (México), fue originalmente un convento levantado por los evangelizadores de la orden franciscana durante la época de la conquista. Elevado a rango de catedral y dedicado al Patriarca San José. Está ubicado en la ciudad de Tula de Allende, estado de Hidalgo. Fue de los primeros conventos levantados en México y uno de los más representativos de ese periodo.
El Santo Padre Juan XXIII el día 27 de febrero de 1961 decreta la erección de una nueva Diócesis en México con sede en la población de Tula de Allende, Hgo., siendo hasta el 7 de septiembre de 1961 cuando se dio cumplimiento al decreto de erección de la Diócesis por el Delegado Apostólico de aquellas fechas, quien le dio el título de Catedral al Templo Parroquial Franciscano de Tula.
Como todos los edificios levantados en este periodo, cuenta con gran atrio, de terraplen artificial. Lo cierra un muro almenado cuyo acceso es por un arco trilobulado, obra del siglo XVII. Al centro del atrio se ubica una cruz tallada en cantera sobre un pedestal, colocada para conmemorar la llegada de los misioneros franciscanos
El templo, a semejanza de una fortaleza, cuenta con grandes muros sostenidos por catorce contrafuertes y noventa almenas, y es de una sola nave, típico de las construcciones religiosas levantadas en este periodo en México.
La portada de acceso principal es sencilla. El estilo que domina el conjunto es plateresco, en su forma más sencilla. El acceso principal al templo es muy sencillo, de una sola portada, con arcos escarzados, pilastras con relieves, frontón curvo y ventana en el coro. Cuenta con un pequeño campanario en la parte superior izquierda de un solo cuerpo.
Los Escobazos de Jarandilla de la Vera

Cuentan los jarandillanos que antiguamente los pastores de la zona cuando regresaban al pueblo intercambiaban "escobazos" unos con otros por medio de escobones para celebrar su vuelta a casa y su encuentro con la familia y otros pastores. Algunos apuntan que los cabreros bajaban de la sierra para celebrar la fiesta de la Inmaculada. Salían de madrugada y al tener dificultades para ver se proveían de escobones. Para ello utilizaban un arbusto muy común en La Vera, la escobera, que arde con facilidad, elaborando enormes antorchas que se denominaron escoberas. Otros achacan esta tradición a una costumbre antigua que tenían los agricultores para celebrar la finalización de las tareas del otoño.
En cualquier caso, hoy día, se ha convertido en una fiesta espectacular. El viajero no tiene por menos que portar ropas muy viejas, así como algún gorro o capucha y guantes para protegerse del fuego. La fiesta comienza a las siete de la tarde. Los jarandillanos van por las calles repartiéndose "escobazos" unos a otros y bebiendo vino, hasta las nueve, hora de la procesión. En ese momento se vitorea a la virgen y se la ilumina con lo que queda de los escobones. Es el momento culminante de la fiesta.

According to Wikipedia, the Red-footed Booby is a large seabird of the booby family. As suggested by the name, adults always have red feet, but the color of the plumage varies. They are powerful and agile fliers, but are clumsy in takeoffs and landings. They are found widely in the tropics, and breed colonially in coastal regions, especially islands. It is the smallest of all boobies at about 28 inches (70 cm) in length and with a wingspan of up over 3 feet (1m). In addition to its red feet, it also has red legs, and its bill and throat pouch are colored pink and blue. This species has several morphs: White, Black-tailed, Brown, White-tailed and White-headed. The morphs commonly breed together, but in most regions one or two morphs predominates; e.g. at the Galápagos Islands, most belong to the brown morph, though the white morph also occurs. The sexes are similar, and juveniles are brownish with darker wings and pale pinkish legs, while chicks are covered in dense white down.

I really love the colour/pattern of the wall at the back of the wrens :-)
I like the shots, tho i really need to learn how to use a flash - this was my first go at off camera flash and i've still not read the flash gun manual to know what i'm doing :-s Would rather have lost the shadow - that's detracting from it, and would have preferred a narrower apperture to get the wall pattern more in focus too.
Took loads of shots, tho they're all a little soft on focus, largely cos i'd had a couple of beers and thought i'd go with manual focus dispite trying to hold a flash gun in one hand :-)

Le 23 mai 2015, les citoyens du monde entier, dans une cinquantaine de pays et plus de 30 villes françaises, marcheront à nouveau contre Monsanto et consorts (Bayer, Syngenta, les multinationales des OGM et des pesticides). Toutes et tous dans la rue pour condamner ce modèle agricole accro à la chimie et aux manipulations du vivant, imposé au détriment des peuples et des paysans qui les nourrissent !
Lancées de façon autogérée par des citoyens soucieux de s’engager, ou par des militants associatifs locaux, ces marches sont des événements ouverts, sur un positionnement 100% citoyen, sans étiquette politique.
Nos revendications
Assez d’empoisonnement ! En mars 2015, le Centre international de recherche sur le cancer de l’Organisation mondiale de la santé classait le Roundup de Monsanto, l’herbicide le plus vendu au monde et indissociable de la culture des OGM, comme « probablement cancérogène ». Nous exigeons la prise en compte des études indépendantes sur les conséquences toxiques des OGM, pesticides et hormones de croissance, sur notre santé et sur l’environnement, ainsi que l’attribution de budgets publics permettant l’indépendance totale de la recherche sur ces sujets. Nous réclamons le retrait immédiat des produits toxiques abusivement présents sur le marché, pour agriculteurs ou jardiniers, et plus particulièrement le Roundup et les néonicotinoïdes tueurs d’abeilles.
OGM et Tafta, même combat ! Nous affirmerons notre opposition au projet de Grand marché transatlantique (TAFTA ou TTIP), cheval de Troie des multinationales de l’agrobusiness pour imposer les OGM et réduire toujours davantage les normes sanitaires destinées à protéger la santé des consommateurs. Demain, avec le TAFTA, des entreprises comme Monsanto pourraient attaquer les moratoires des États opposés à la culture des OGM devant des tribunaux d’arbitrage privés, et réclamer des indemnités de plusieurs millions puisées dans les deniers publics.
Réapproprions-nous les biens communs, contre les intérêts privés d’une minorité ! Nous exigeons la cessation immédiate des brevets sur les semences et le vivant, régulièrement entachés de biopiraterie, et la liberté d’usage des semences de ferme, ainsi que leur échange entre jardiniers amateurs, car il est inacceptable que des entreprises privées aient la mainmise sur une diversité génétique qui appartient à toute l’humanité, qui est le fruit d’un savoir-faire millénaire, et qui constitue la source de toute alimentation humaine. Il est inadmissible que dans de nombreux pays, particulièrement du Sud, les « lois semencières » dictées par les multinationales menacent la souveraineté alimentaire et criminalisent, comme de vulgaires voleurs, les paysans et paysannes qui produisent et échangent des semences traditionnelles.
Une alimentation saine pour tous ! Nous dénonçons la dérive des fermes-usines où des animaux sont parqués dans des cages pour être gavés d’OGM, sans qu’aucun étiquetage sur la viande n’éclaire le choix du consommateur. Le 23 mai nous manifesterons notre volonté d’une agriculture écologique, relocalisée, respectueuse des travailleurs agricoles comme des écosystèmes, et d’une alimentation capable de garantir notre santé et celle de nos enfants. L’agriculture biologique, sans OGM ni pesticides toxiques, respectant les équilibres climatiques, ne doit pas devenir une niche commerciale réservée à un public averti ou privilégié, mais bien la solution pour offrir une alimentation saine pour TOUS. Une première étape serait le passage de toutes les cantines scolaires et restaurants collectifs à des menus « 100 % bio » afin de soutenir les transitions d’agriculteurs désireux de faire évoluer leurs pratiques.

Lancé par Nicolas Hulot, envoyé spécial du président de la République pour la protection de la planète, le Sommet des Consciences réunit le 21 juillet 2015 à Paris, au CESE plus d'une quarantaine personnalités morales et religieuses du monde entier pour répondre à la question « The climate, why do I care ? » et lancer ensemble un « Appel des Consciences pour le climat ».
Une mobilisation des consciences de tous le habitants de la planète s’impose pour réussir le défi auquel l’humanité est confrontée : limiter le réchauffement du climat en diminuant sa consommation d’énergies fossiles et permettre à tous de s’adapter aux conditions nouvelles !
Le Temps est compté. Ce n’est plus seulement une question écologique, économique ou politique. C’est l’avenir de l’humanité qui est en jeu. Chacun de nous se doit de répondre maintenant à la question : est-ce qu’il m’importe que l’aventure de l’humanité sur Terre puisse se poursuivre ? Est-ce que je suis prêt à modifier dès aujourd’hui mon mode de vie pour que nos enfants et leurs enfants puissent vivre dans des conditions supportables ?
L'Appel des consciences
Il est fondamental que les consciences des hommes et des femmes de cette planète s'expriment ensemble, quelques soient leurs conditions, leurs religions, leurs philosophies.
La campagne "Why do I care ?" invite chacun à témoigner, et à faire savoir autour de lui, pourquoi la lutte contre le réchauffement climatique est importante et nous concerne chacun.

A late September 2018 visit to Packwood House, another National Trust property. Been meaning to visit this one myself for a while now!
A nice cool Sunday afternoon to visit Packwood.
Packwood House is a timber-framed Tudor manor house near Lapworth, Warwickshire. Owned by the National Trust since 1941, the house is a Grade I listed building. It has a wealth of tapestries and fine furniture, and is known for the garden of yews.
The house began as a modest timber-framed farmhouse constructed for John Fetherston between 1556 and 1560. The last member of the Fetherston family died in 1876. In 1904 the house was purchased by Birmingham industrialist Alfred Ash. It was inherited by Graham Baron Ash (Baron in this case being a name not a title) in 1925, who spent the following two decades creating a house of Tudor character. He purchased an extensive collection of 16th- and 17th-century furniture, some obtained from nearby Baddesley Clinton. The great barn of the farm was converted into a Tudor-style hall with sprung floor for dancing, and was connected to the main house by the addition of a Long Gallery in 1931.
In 1941, Ash donated the house and gardens to the National Trust in memory of his parents but continued to live in the house until 1947 when he moved to Wingfield Castle.

Two sketches today in Mile End - probably my favourite part of Montreal. On the right, a corner of the fire department which is located on the corner of St Laurent and Laurier. This building also houses a Fire fighter's museum, which I have not yet visited. I'll have to go back and sketch more of this building – it is quite an interesting, castle-like place that deserves a much bigger part of the page.
To the left, Fairmount Bagel, an institution in Montreal eating. To maintain bagel-equality, I promise I will sketch St-Viateur Bagel another day. The two are the main Montreal bagel headquarters.

Munich subway station Fröttmaning (FT). Originally opened on June 30th, 1994; torn down and simultaneously rebuilt from scratch (with four instead of two tracks and with much bigger platforms) starting in 2002 to be able to handle the crowds that go to soccer games in Munich’s new soccer stadium (“Allianz-Arena”); reopened on May 4th, 2005, four weeks before the stadium was opened to the public.
Next stations from here: Kieferngarten (830 meters southwards), Garching-Hochbrück (4208 meters northwards).
The artwork on the big concrete wall visible here was originally designed for the platform surfaces, taking up the “meandering crowds” theme of the large esplanade that connects the stadium to the subway station, and it is also a reference to the many interwoven rails at the adjacent subway depot, or even to the “choreography” of a soccer game. But it was feared that people, especially after watching a good game and drinking some beer, could actually be so fascinated by the lines that they end up falling off the platform (and, in fact, all new platforms for some years now are always made with uniform light gray material with just very few contrasting elements, so that visually impaired people can find their way more easily), so the work was painted onto the wall instead.

1ère édition de la Rocamburlesque Cup !!!
Le dimanche 4 juin, à partir de 11h aura lieu au stade Duguay Trouin un tournoi de football pas comme les autres !!
En effet seul le beau jeu et le plaisir est à l'honneur en cette journée ! Le jeu ira bien au delà de l'enjeu pour ce tournoi.
Réservé aux amoureux du ballon rond, aux footeux (et fans de Foot) qui ont vibré devant les fantasques Ronaldinho, Zizou, Raul et consorts, pour les personnes qui ne connaissent qu'un seul Ronaldo, le véritable, pour les joueurs qui auraient souhaité avoir une carrière précise, celle de Georges Best...
Ce tournoi est finalement réservé aux amoureux du ballon et toute les choses POSITIVES qui gravites autour !!
Ce tournoi est bien sûr ouvert à tous le monde, les rugbymans, handballeurs, et autres sportifs sont la bienvenue !!
Le tournoi débutera à 11h30 sous une formule championnat permettant de jouer un maximum de matchs, la finale se jouera aux alentours de 19h30.
Suite à ce tournoi, profitant du fait que le lendemain soit férié, une soirée Burger sous une grande tonnelle avec musique clôturera cette belle journée.
Les personnes ne participantes pas aux tournois sont elles aussi conviées à cette soirée, il vous suffira de réserver vos places (10€ par personne) pour profiter de l'événement.

De nombreuses animations accompagneront la journée et la soirée (nous avons pensé aux personnes qui ne souhaitent pas participer au tournoi pour diverse raison #PiedsCarrés mais qui souhaiteraient tout de même se joindre à l'événement pour le plaisir des yeux...) avec des animations ventriglisse par l'association "Slip'n Slide 51", des animations palets par l'association affiliée à la FFPPB (Fédération Française de Palais sur Planche en Bois) qui nous fait l'honneur de se déplacer de Paris avec son Président, son secrétaire et sa Présidente d'honneur, afin de nous faire une petite démonstration, mais aussi en fin de journée un tournoi de Beer Pong, etc...
Est compris dans l'inscription du tournoi, le repas du midi (galette saucisse frite) par joueur.
Le tournoi aura lieu sur le terrain d'honneur (en herbe) de Duguay Trouin, nous jouerons sur demi terrain, le nombre de joueurs est de 6 + un gardien + 2 remplaçants.
Concernant les lots, notre partenaire "Le Comptoir" fournira la totalité de nos récompense.

Let’s talk about weight benches, also sometimes called workout benches.
Having a stable, comfortable weight bench is an essential for a variety of exercises including the mighty bench press.
And while it’s true that the bench press has fallen out of favor in recent years because it’s not a “functional exercise”, it’s still a huge mass and strength builder without equal.
Take that, CrossFit.
(Actually, recently the bench press made a rare appearance in a CrossFit WOD – so maybe they’ve come to their senses.)
Let’s look at what makes the best weight bench – whether for your home gym, garage gym, or commercial facility.
In doing so, we’ll present some of the best workout benches (both flat benches, incline benches, and adjustable benches) available from Rogue Fitness and Rep Fitness.
We’ll also look at the ultimate weight bench option – the FID bench (Flat, Incline, or Decline.)
Here’s an example of a FID bench, the REP AB-5000 Zero Gap Adjustable Bench.

What To Look For In a Good Weight Bench
First of all, a few things.
A weight bench has to be the right height – not too high and not too low.
The defacto standard is somewhere around 17″ and 18″ in height.
Secondly benches can come in a variety of widths. 10″ to 12″ width benches are most popular.
In general, you really don’t want a bench wider than 12″. Why? Because it’s not a bed. You’ve got to be able to move your limbs with a degree of freedom that a too wide bench can’t provide.
But, there options up to 14″ in width, if you think you need that.
A weight bench needs to be strong. Besides your body weight it needs to safely support the amount of weight you are lifting too – and it’s pretty easy to load up a heavy bench press with only a moderate amount of training.
2″ x 3″ or 3″ x 3″ 11 gauge steel is commonly used to make workout benches, but other options exist too.
What’s most important is that the bench is rated in excess of the amount of weight you are likely to use (along with your bodyweight.)
When benching big weight, you need to have your feet on the floor with the proper foot positioning (despite what you may see in your local gym benching with your feet up on the bench isn’t really correct.)
Three post (or tripod) bench designs are common – because they ensure you can put your feet where it suits you best – with no support legs in the way.
The pad supporting the bench should be firm and dense, and not too luxurious.
Again, this is a workout bench, not a bed.
But it should give you a comfortable place to check your texts between sets.
That was a joke.
But you know you do it.
Do you need a flat bench or an incline bench?
Or do you need both (an adjustable bench)?
A flat bench is versatile for many lifts, including not just the mighty bench press but also makes a convenient rest for doing dumbbell rows, bulgarian split squats, and of course many seated press variations (with your back unsupported.)
Dumbbell rows on a flat bench - a staple of muscle and strength building workouts for the ages
The french press or tricep extension is an excellent exercise to do on a flat bench.
Tricep extension on a flat weight bench - a great exercise for triceps and strength
But for an improvement in versatility and variety you might want an incline bench. These benches usually serve as a flat bench when needed but are adjustable to various degrees of inclination.
Look for a range of motion from flat to 90 degrees.
These incline benches allow you do to bench press variations such as the incline press, but also various chest supported rows, dumbbell flyes, and much more.
An incline bench that can adjust to 80 or 90 degrees can also be used for a wide variety of back supported seated presses.
A good adjustable bench can be used for seated and back supported exercises such as the dumbbell press
And lastly, the decline bench is a thing too.
These have really fallen out of favor (for pressing) in recent years, but they provide some interesting variations on exercises.
They are certainly useful for various decline abdominal exercises.
A variety of abdominal and core focused workouts can be done with a decline bench - harness the power of gravity!
And, we should mention some of these benches can do it all – flat, incline, or decline.
So, really the ultimate bench is what is known as an FID bench – Flat, Incline, or Decline Bench – at your choice.

Monday 07 November 2011 - Day 17 - Trek Lungden (4,375m / 14,354ft) to Gokyo (4,790m/15,720ft) over the Renjo La (5,340m /17,521ft)
A pre dawn rise and shine, and the lodge owner excitedly encouraged us outside to see how the Kongde View Lodge got its name... such a great feeling to discover that the skies had cleared - with perfect timing for our first big pass: the 5,340m /17,521ft Renjo La (aka Lhenjo La).
A cold start, but wonderful to see the dawn sunlight hitting the snow capped peaks and jagged black ridges, 360°, and smashing to see a sunkissed Numbur again. A slog through the shadow to the hanging valley with a still partially frozen stream running through the small lakes that led us towards the foot of the final climb, from the Black Lake to the prayer flagged pass - with the help of giant snow covered stone steps. Gopal told us that the steps had been made to help the yak trains descend down from the pass, rather than for trekkers. Hard going at over 5,000m, but the prayer flags kept drawing us ever upwards.... and emerging at the top we had spectacular views of the stunning set of peaks from Gyachung Kang / ग्याचुङ्काङ to Kusum Kanguru via Pumori / पुमोरि, Everest / सगरमाथा, Nuptse, Lhotse / ल्होत्से, Makalu / मकालु - all towering over the turquoise of Gokyo's third lake and the collection of lodges that comprise Gokyo Lakes. Looking back westwards, more mountains behind us - amazing. Definitely one of the best moments of the whole trek - amazingly photogenic, and I'd be lost without Günter Seyfferth's annotated panoramas from Renjo La: Renjo La Panorama Ost and Renjo La Panorama West.
A tiring descent on dusty, slippy trails dropping steeply between cairns and then levelling out along the north shore of the lake, culminating in a long stretch of stepping stones to cross the stream feeding into the lake and to reach the lodges.
We arrived exhausted at the Namaste Lodge, and with a splitting headache in my case. Not sure if it was due to altitude, exertion or the bright sunshine, but a couple of ibuprofen and veg noodle soup lunch sorted me out. There followed a lazy afternoon at the lodge, which filled up with support teams and then runners participating in the Everest Sky Race 2011 - crazy but impressive...

Falta de contundencia y pocas ocasiones de gol da como resultado un empate a cero entre Puebla y Atlas.
Poblanos y Tapatíos suman su primer punto en el Clausura. Para la fecha 2, los Camoteros visitan a Pachuca, mientras que los Rojinegros del Atlas recibirán al Cruz Azul.
Bajo el nombre de Clausura 2012 la pasión por el deporte más popular del mundo está de regreso en México. Puebla y Juan Carlos Osorio debutan en este torneo ante los rojinegros del Atlas.
Primer tiempo típico de la fecha 1 con escazas llegadas de ambos equipos; las más claras fueron a de Puebla y a pelota detenida. Una se estrello en la barrera rojinegra luego de una falta indirecta del guardameta Villalpaldo, la otra tras la expulsión de Lucas Ayala no pudo ser concretada por Aldo Polo mandándola por arriba de la portería. En resumen, la franja se mantuvo bien parado atrás y buscando el gol, Atlas defendiéndose y con un hombre menos a segundos del silbatazo.
Para la segunda parte la tónica era la misma; un Atlas encerrado afianzándose al empate y más por tener a 10 en el campo. Por su parte Puebla con los ingresos de Luis Ángel Landín, Brayan Martínez y Juan Pablo García “El Loquito” García busco el triunfo. Los dirigidos por Osorio tuvieron 3 claras, la primera fue de Luis García que la puso en el poste. Minutos más tarde la tuvo Rodrigo salinas, éste le pego de media distancia y el esférico reventó en el horizontal. La última de la escuadra camotera Fue de Landín, quién por abajo cruzó su disparo y éste paso por un lado. Dos minutos de compensación y finalizó el encuentro con empate en la Angelópolis entre Puebla y Atlas.

“Nos falto mucho el tema de primer tiempo, segundo tiempo creo que el equipo mejoro bastante pero igual teníamos que sacar 3 puntos que no pudimos y hay que seguir trabajando...” manifestó Lucas Silva.
“Es un punto importante porque también Tecos en otro lado pierde el partido y por cómo se dieron las cosas, terminamos con diez hombres, y no deja de ser un juego difícil, cancha pesada contra un buen equipo y logramos soportar el cero a pesar que tuvieron acciones peligrosas, pero al final conseguimos un punto importante”, sentenció Juan Carlos Chávez, técnico de Atlas.
“El equipo se desempeño muy bien seguir trabajando para mantener el cero atrás y que los compañeros tengan la confianza de que en cualquier momento la meten y poder lograr los 3 puntos...” comentó Jonathan Lacerda.
“Nosotros gracias a Dios generamos llegadas y es lo importante, nos preocuparíamos si no se tuviera ninguna llegada, hay que trabajar en la contundencia y yo creo que eso nos va a dar mucho...” charlo Luis Ángel Landín.
“Ya está claro lo que se pretende, un equipo vertical, un equipo que llegue rápidamente al arco rival y que por supuesto con el paso de las semanas se va ir viendo mucho mejor...” mencionó Gonzalo Pineda.
