You know where. No matter how many photos you’ve seen, it still makes you gasp when you walk in.

This is the Heavenly Strike. It was a blast to design.

I took inspiration on the paint job from Macross’ Valkyrie YF-30 Chronos, and I lifted the name from Ghost of Tsushima.

The model took a ridiculously long time – I completed 90% in summer, then waited six weeks for Lego to release newly-colored parts I didn’t end up using/liking, then became consumed with the stand, and then…, and then… But now it’s final!

This is one of my favorite pictures from our photo safari.

Getting up early is less of a chore when justified by reward.

Sintonizar o no sintonizar, e ahí la cuestión.

Being in the mood to sympathize with an angry sky today.

This photo was taken by moonlight a couple of hours after midnight. 2 minutes of exposure gave the nice streaks in the clouds.

The purple emperor is very rare and does not feed from flowers but instead on the honeydew secreted by aphids, sap oozing from oak trees, and on dung, urine, and animal carcasses.

Not my usual kind of thing, but I loved the drama here. I cropped this a little from the original, because it didn't feel right when I saw it on the bigger screen. I also have another shot with the church in the centre

Went to Point Roberts last night for sunset with my bpf (best photography friend) on a last minute trip. Caught these beams of light through the clouds, seems I've been lucky with these in the last while. Handheld, didn't have time to set up my tripod, so pumped up iso. This only lasted a few minutes. The sunset that we had hoped for, never did materialize. I had a great time anyways doing some long exposures later without a ND. Very peaceful but a little windy!

This Heavenly Scented rose bush was transplanted from my backyard to the farm, where it's much happier.

this morning was icy and very foggy but when the sun started to come through it just looked so pretty.

Heaval is the highest hill on the island of Barra, Scotland. Apparrently, this picture is not at Barra but a wonderful place in Singapore, one of the other famous reservoirs of our country.

I titled it Heavenly Heaval as it give me a tremendously high energy when I saw this beautiful moment right in front of my eyes.

Finally, a chance to be able to witness and capture such a heavenly feeling of a wonderful moment of the day - sunset.

As the sun set to its resting place on the horizon, the Sun emits out its final glory to everyone on Earth.

Let's witness this final glory before the Sun completing set for the stars and moons to come out and shine.

The grandeur of Sandaoling. Move away from the dusty, polluted open cast pit to the open desert to witness a couple of locomotives toiling with their train across the barren landscape to the deep mine - set against the stunning backdrop of the Tian Shan, which translates as Heavenly Mountains.

If you are a steam enthusiast and don’t mind temperatures of -12C, then ‘heavenly’ it certainly is.

I love how softly those waves rolled in.

Have a wonderful week everyone!

Taken while on a wild camping trip up in Snowdonia.

This is one of the 3 lakes of Llynnau'r Cwn, just below the summit of Ysgafell Wen.

Photographers, whether we be amateur, hobbyists, point and shooters or professionals, one thing we all have in common is the love of photography and trying to get that "one" photograph that is like no other photograph we have ever taken, the one that stands out, the one that we want to hang on our wall on as big a frame as it will fit on to. Last night, with this sunset, for me, I feel like I came very close to that shot. I hope you like this, please comment with your CC because for me, this is definitely one of my best photographs I have made. I am happy. :-)

The word ceiling, have you ever considered it? It's spelling and sound are so odd to me. The origin of the word is not clear. It could either come from the Latin word caelre to carve with a chisel, or from Latin's cælum meaning heaven or sky.

Either way, the ceiling in the church of Maria Jeutendorf is amazing. The church was built in 1693

The moon once again looked so nice this evening. The earthshine lighting up the dark side of the moon was bright. The best part was watching it actually drop below the horizon, something we always enjoy watching the sun do, but not so often the moon. There is something so special about that moment when the sun disappears below the horizon, but I found it is just as special when the moon does it too. Around here you always see crowds of people staring at the sun at the beach at the moment it is disappearing. It's surprising to me that the feeling is the same for the moonset. It's a feeling of gazing in awe at the heavenly luminaries.

Although these moonset photos are not technically that perfect by any means, I like them a lot anyway. For some reason there is something so special about the heavenly bodies, so when they shine bright and clear they just beg for their photo to be taken.

I suppose the Bible sums up the specialness of the luminaries of the heavens in Genesis 1:14,15, said in such a poetic way, it reads:

And God went on to say: "Let luminaries come to be in the expanse of the heavens to make a division between the day and the night; and they must serve as signs and for seasons and for days and years. And they must serve as luminaries in the expanse of the heavens to shine upon the earth." And it came to be so.

(The only way I can think of to make the photo technically more perfect with all the moon detail showing is to do some major photoshopping, or possibly HDR, but I'm just not into photoshop at all. So this will have to do. Probably won't win any awards but I like it.)

We need grace in our lives, and I'm not talking about heavenly grace. I'm talking about human grace. We should try and be warm and friendly.
