With coal empties from hungry utilities in Flint, MI CSX train E927-25 strolls by Barr Yard at the control point at Chatham. Once to BNSF rails, this guy will become the E CXKWTM0-21. A pretty nice BNSF ACE, #9009 trails, can't go wrong either way! Blue Island, IL. Special thanks to the stud of the river sub for the timely headsup.

The morning's outward run was the first visit of the class to the Atherton line. Thanks to Alan for the headsup.

Retro Tractors 37425 and 37422 approach Ashby Junction Nuneaton on a Light Engine move to Norwich TC. Big Thanks to the Gen Posters on Headsup for the early tipoff allowing me to arrange my daily exercise to suit. Due to the fields behind being flooded i was unable to get to the position id planned but made do with an old rusty gate to add some character to the frame.

Headsup to John Catterson for the lift home many thanks.

Having been provided headsup from the east, I left the house headed after a westbound train on the NS with BNSF power.

Apparently, the railroad decided to launch this train out of Luther and so I barely had enough time to catch this grab shot of the train threading its way through the I-270 / Highway 370 interchange in Hazelwood.

I got a headsup from a friend of mine about a CP #6077 south off the MacTier Sub bound for Toronto Yard with what we both assumed was a daylight appearance of the Spence Turn, but to my surprise and delight, 6077 was leading a weed spray train east past Rosedale at cruising speed. Note the CCTV camera clamped pilot of #6077.

A big thanks to John Turner on Anglia Gen for the headsup, as the schedule was only activated 11 minutes before departure & wasn't showing at Broxbourne Jn, when I checked earlier.

NS 201 climbs out a dip and curve as it comes into Crimora VA. Thanks again for the headsup to Steve Bauer. Got him with about 2 minutes to spare!

the two girls wanted a picture together... so here you are! :)

Fire and Ice Poppys! Guess which is which...LOL! (Also a sneak peak and some upcoming diorama material!)

92020 (GBRF - thanks to the Driver Steve "kit-kat" Read for the friendly tones & wave).

1M16 : 2026 SUN VAR Caledonian Sleeper from Inverness (with portions from Aberdeen & Fort William added at Edinburgh) to London Euston, which was formed of 16 coaches & diverted via the ECML due to pre-planned Engineering Work.

Welham Green - 0703 - 31/05/21.

You're probably wondering why up early & out in typical Bank Holiday weather (hopefully it improves for the C-17's later), but 92020 is my last active "Dyson" (other hoovers are available - thanks Tim Moran for the headsup), the diversions finish shortly & being a Bank Holiday/Half-term, there are no traffic jams in Hertford!

TC-ACM (Air ACT Boeing 747-428F[ER]) - Qatar Airways flight QR8247 from Doha to Brussells (diverted to London Stansted - thanks for the headsup on this working) - Sawbridgeworth - 1500 - 07/06/23.

By not exceeding 2,000rpm, I was able to do the 15 miles via Home (collect wallet) to the nearest petrol station, will still 3 litres in the tank, but it did cost me decent shots of 164493 (US Navy "Hercules"), as it went behind me at Great Amwell.

United's Continental retro 737-900 is on final into O'Hare. Thanks to Steve Bauer for the headsup and the tracking of this guy.

Got a headsup from a coworker that NS 1070 and 1066 were leading seperate QNYCLAC's through Amarillo. 1066 showed up after dark Sunday night so i wasnt able to get photos of it, but NS 1070 was due in around 10 am. I got off work at 7 and after a doctors appointment, I went out to Mack Road at Haney and set up waiting for the train for about an hour before it showed up. After this it was off to bed for me.

Kickin' back with a nice cool bottle of Shark Repellent! LOL!

Some time ago, Poppy auditioned for the part of Batgirl on NBCs hit show Batman! Guess what? She got the part! (in the alternative Poppy Parker reality, that is! She doesn't want to wear the cowl for fear of messing up her fabulous hairdo!)

37425 - 6Z88 (1307 TO VSTP Ely - West Ealing Plasser Sdgs, which was formed of 5 HOBC vehicles [1 YSA & 4 YDAs] & looking at other photo's, these were off 6Z87 Doncaster Up Decoy - Whitemoor, also hauled by "Concrete Bob") - Wharf Rd LC, Wormley - 1509 - 19/04/22.

A big thanks to Dick Hardy (SeGen) for the headsup on this working, which I noticed at 1445 whilst ringing the Doctor's & this is my first picture of 37425, since it was repainted into Regional Railway's livery.

A pair of KCS Southern Belles comes around the curve at Howard St. on CP 804 train. Thanks to Joe Z. for the headsup!

Cruising full throttle down #2 track, the empty crude train now known as U NSDMNU 008T hits the racetrack, westbound for Manitou, North Dakota. A rather dirty-faced NS 1072 leads. Funny how even this bright paint scheme can liven up a dead-lit wintry day! Thanks to all the birds for the headsups! Berwyn, IL.

What a great result! Not only was on my way out the door to the airport when i received the message that this Nenta ecs was diverted and running through my home town but its timing was spot on as i pulled up at the station for me to capture!

Even better an old SF 47 580(wcrc 57313 on the rear) reminding me of happier days of the "European" when 47s ruled and m2 coffines were the order of the day insted of the daily roost of dmus....thank due Anglias finest MJR for finest headsup gen!!

After doing video only at Ferguson and gassing up for the anticipated chase west, the next spot that seemed to make sense was the water tower at Wentzville, since there would be a decent side-light option there. Well, that didn't take into account the new fence that has gone in...

Thanks to EA for the headsup on the unit being in the area!

Thanks to "Red 91" for the headsup on this working!!

NS 8025, the Monongahela Heritage unit brings a train of Bakken Crude in new white tank cars through Hinsdale. Thanks to Steve Bauer and Mike Raia for the headsup!

Having had a headsup this was only loaded at the front i thought it would be ideal to frame it here rather than my original plan along the straight at Barrow, here 66727 rolls onto the Stenson jct Derbyshire with 4E33 Southampton to Doncaster via Toton.

73119 "Battle of Britain 80th Anniversary" & 201 "Broadlands" - 6E59 (0631 WFO "Q" from Tonbridge West Yard to Peterborough North Yard, which was formed of 15 empty IKA twin wagons) - Bayford - 1043 (77 minutes late, after a 95 minutes late start) - 27/05/26.

Not surprisingly trying to run a pair of Electro Diesel locomotives, using their 650hp diesel engines on a warm day didn't go well & the train expired at Stevenage, eventually reaching Peterborough 228 minutes late, after being rescued by the Colas "Thunderbirds" 67023 & 67027.

Many thanks to Ian at Denmark Hill for the headsup on this working (nice to get some gen & not requests for wagon numbers on Se-Gen).

These certainly weren't on my "radar" this morning, but thanks to a timely "headsup" I got to Stansted for the arrival (including a flypast) & the three departures!

Eight Red Arrows being fueled at Stansted Airport this afternoon.

On another cold & cloudy November day (typical pre-Christmas weather!), 91119 "Bounds Green Intercity Depot 1977 - 2017" passed Welwyn Garden City at 1345 on 25/11/18 with 1S19 with 1345 LNER (Late Never Early Recently) service from London Kings Cross to Edinburgh, which was formed of 9 coaches & was slowing, for a temporary speed restriction north of station.

A big thanks to LNER twitter, for the Headsup on this (obviously the bloke, who walked straight past my, had already got a picture of it & had turned up for the "Sheds" on 0Z66!). Shame it wasn't brighter, to show off the late Autumn colours!

CP 6262, CP 6251 & CP 6247 head west over Wilderton Avenue on CP's Adirondack Sub with a windmill train destined for CP St-Luc Yard. From what I can tell Quebec Gatineau Railway is leasing these recently refurbished ex-SOO Line units from CP. Thanks to Mathieu Tremblay for the headsup and to Lorence Toutant for the udpates (he was further up the line in Laval!).

Avonmouth - Clitheroe cement passes round the back of the Freightliner Basford Hall depot; 70003 resting up front. My TOPS list from Headsup has only 5 green class 70s in service today - is that a record low?

An early morning Headsup from Flump and call from DW, left me with little option to grab my camera and head to Leicester with mum and dad. An awfully foggy day left me wondering but all ended up well.

Approaching Leicester p3 (booked p4) is 56302 with 56094, 50050, 50017 and 56113 at the tail. The working, 09:15 0z56 is Washwood Heath to Washwood Heath via Stenson Junction, Leicester and Nuneaton
