As you can see this was taken many years ago and the last time I've been to the coast.. I changed out the sky and adjusted the water and lighting with Luminar4, Then I framed it in another app called Filter Forge... Happy Sliders Sunday, Everybody!!!!!!!
I resized this for printing and Lightroom decided I wanted to republish it. Poof, all previous comments and faves are gone. Weird.
I spent a few days at Cannon Beach last week and was able to watch Haystack Rock through various weather and at different times of day. In this early morning image, a juvenile bald eagle flies through the scene.
This is a shot of Haystack Rock at Canon Beach Oregon that I took years ago.. It has been processed in an on line processor called Deep Dream Generator...
Millions, and maybe billions, of photos have been taken of the most famous rock in Oregon. Here is one more. We visited briefly on our drive up the Pacific Coast. This shot is deceptive because of the lack of people in it. In reality, the beach was covered in human visitors.
To enjoy my other creative project, please visit my funny short stories website: 500ironicstories.com where you can read or listen to new stories each week. I have also curated the stories into three different selections:

Or, just another day at the beach. The best moments so often hinge upon the most delicate of details.
Made a trip down the Oregon coast today and am plum tuckered out from walking in the sand all day long........:)
Here's a quick post before I turn in for the night since it's already after midnight......!
Wishing everyone a wonderful Tuesday.......Or a late Monday evening as the case may be......lol

Haystack Rock - one of the most photographed spots in Oregon.
Joy and I had the opportunity to spend 20 days exploring Olympic and Rainier National Parks and the Oregon coast. The road trip covered 4000 miles. Coming from the brown of southern California, the intensity of the GREEN in the temperate rain forests wad almost overwhelming. The weather was tough (it is a RAIN forest!) and the light challenging, but it was a magnificent trip. I hope you enjoy some of the shots
