Not sure exactly what these are.

They look like Inch Worms to me.

Does anyone know what these are ?

The actual size of each of these little pods, is about 1/2 the diameter of a BB.

Flower buds breaking out of their fuzzy shells on a small bush on the walk trail on a very breezy day. Posted one earlier of one the same buds in the rain before the flowers were opening.
