Tsukihime wearing my handmade doll kimono.
I bought some undyed kimono fabric to dye myself! It's the first one I've made for my dolls. I love the pastel rainbow green.
This kimono has been sold.
Zashikiwarashi 座敷童 is one of my favorite youkai...
Kokeshi are also so beautiful dolls. Willow would make a beautiful kokeshi.
She's wearing a new kanzashi too, called kikyo (belle flower) with sagari (the dangling petals.)
Nene' just got her new dress and wig ^ ^
I made this dress for sell in Doll Fete event,I really hope I'll have enough time to prepare all the dress *sigh*
This is one of my first kimonos that I made. Ariadne can wear it too! It's not quite red-- I think it is vermilion 朱色 or maybe 緋色.
This kimono is a very detailed, highly patterned one that is traditionally used for coming of age, a high-ceremony celebration. It also reminds me of Tayu. (Note: Tayu are now similar to geiko, except they also can do kagura dances.)
Also, doesn't Luna's hair look so nice??
Yurie is wearing a blue furisode made of extremely auspicious colors and playful flower designs.
We chose the vintage kimono silk, and have sewed it into a slim 1/4th BJD size kimono.
Handmade by me.
This year, I decided to create a diorama to participate in the OOAK Contest of the Portuguese Doll Convention 2018 - Circus and this was the result. 🎪️ It was also the first time that I made a reroot in a Barbie but I liked it. ^_^ Thanks very much Joana Costa for your magic hands to dress the ticket and cotton candy seller girl. <3 Congratulations to all who participated and showed so much creativity and wonderful works. It was an unforgettable experience! :)
Shamira is enjoying these Summer days, at the swimming pool.🌞👙⛱ If you want a set of basket and hat like she has you can find it here: littleenchantedworld.storenvy.com/products/25732590-bag-f...
Wishes of a wonderful weekend for all of you!
Harajuku style hair. (I went with a friend to get really awesome extensions in Harajuku once, it's a fun process.)
Thistle is enjoying their candy-colored hair, and I added my small sakura to see how it would look.

took two nights work to make this dress but I think it was worth it I`m very pleased with the result as it very much the Mori style I have been trying to achieve
I originally designed this to be worn under uchikake, but the silk is so pretty I've used it more as a fudangi kimono on its own.
Ariadne is wearing a peach-pink kimono I made,and bush-clover belle flower kanzashi.
Lovely Ariadne looks so cute.
Briar is wearing a red kimono over a white inner-kimono, worn loosely with a manaita obi. The manaita obi is specific to Oiran, who would wear such gorgeous obi with gold embroidery thread flowing over the very-detailed obi, which is longer, broader, and padded more than the usual obi. The decorative gold threads represent the Floating World, a pretty way to refer to the red light district.
I was playing with the shibori hair ties, and made the semi-traditional hair updo (simplified, and not all the way up~ ♥ but still cute)
Custom kimono for a slim SD size doll.
We went with a light green lining this time-- I dyed some habutae to go with it. I went for a pretty spring-green lining that won't get lost in the main pattern or main color of the kimono. Still thinking about the obiage-- may do yellow for the next kitsuke.
Willow is a Dollmore model-f head on a Dollstown Elf body. ♥ 53 cm with this head. ;)
Bust: 19cm
Waist: 16.5
Hips/Bottom: 23.5
I'll wrap their waist next time to see how it looks with a bigger bust...
Somewhat chaotic Aine. Looking very pretty...
Aine is wearing a wig by Anastasia Fashiondoll (on instagram) and the kimono and hair ornaments are made by me. (Excepting the yellow resin kanzashi.)
I'm in the middle of making a slim 1/4th size kimono, but Aspen wanted to try it on. ♥
綺麗な着物生地を見つけたので、ドール着物にしました!正絹の古着着物か生まれ変わりました~
Interesting (?) story: this kimono was actually made from the scraps of a tall 1/4th doll...which I cut waaay too long. But thanks to that, I have a single kimono just for me~ in the midst of a bunch of custom kimono. ^^
These geta are not made by me. These gorgeous geta were made by devil_fox_413_BJD (oni BJD geta) on instagram. Beautiful traditional ones hand painted and hand polished. Cut with mastery too!
振り袖姿の三人美女:それぞれの色合い、帯、飾りなどを考えるのが楽しいです。
Three different obi styles (from left to right)
Gold brocade: kokoro obi
Black brocade: fantasy-oiran obi (mix between oiran traditional obi and fukura-suzume)
Cotton obi with purple kakaeobi (抱え帯は役割があります~この帯はこの子にとっておは大きいです~なので、ないと帯が大きすぎ)and shibori obiage.
Recently started playing more with obijime since I realised it's fun to make pictures with them...
