Another random disk and another photo from my old house.

These are all made by me. Very much incfluenced by Primitive Americana although I can do most styles as I am very eclectic in my art.

Even rescued the table from a junk shop and gave it a make over. This now lives in my kitchen and is still one of my fave pieces

I dress her so sweet and she look so gorgeous ^ ^

A Cross Stitch Owl Cushion. I made this as a SAL (Stitch Along) way back in 2011/12. It’s an OakHaven design.

Happy Crazy Tuesday. Hand Made by Me for Me.

The new collection is coming...

^_^

....as it's such a busy time of year now I'm posting this a bit early to wish you a peaceful and joyous time over the holidays...stay safe... and thank you all for your visits, comments and faves....and all the inspiration I get from looking at your streams.

Taken at f/1.4. This is one of only three or four items that connect me to the past 20 years of my life. Aside from this, and the few other 'items', life started over for me two years ago, and this is one thing I have been able to keep with me. I hand-made this box several years ago. It is what's inside this box that counts. The few other things that connect to my former life are inside of this. I made this box to look like an antique....

I love this picture of Holly wearing an apple Blossom colored Fairy Hood.

Hand made by me, many, many, years ago.

Crazy Tuesday - Embroidery.

a gorgeous winter morning sunshine

I am currently on a break but wanted to wish all my wonderful and dear Flickr friends a great Festive holiday and of course a Happy New Year for 2021!

I am a little late on the Valentine posts. Sorry!

Can't believe she can be so rock!

She looks funky now.

I love to see it hanging together ^ ^

I put this hair style on her and I think it make her looks more stubborn.

Happy Macro Monday

Sweet red plum blossoms are some of my favorites.

The patterned kanzashi are made from kimono silk, and the red flowers are made of habutae silk; the thinnest silk for lining kimono.

Angel is the model on this dress ^^

Tomu wears pink flowers, Harri a large bow, and Ruri wears a small flower.

Handmade kimono by me.

Wow, this was my top photo of 2021?? Thank you!

I finished this little guy off yesterday. I've been making him during the preparations for our end of year exhibition at Uni, yesterday was hand in day for exhibition coursework so decided to finish him off last night. His name is 1mag1ne - after the exhibition.

Just not sure out his ruff... it didn't look right so I redid it but now I think this version looks a bit too much...?

Pretty in purple. 💜

The lovely Quetzal wearing plum blososms in purple charmeuse silk, and kimono silk. They look bold together, no?

12x12" paper and cardboard on card stock.

This year, I decided to create a diorama to participate in the OOAK Contest of the Portuguese Doll Convention 2018 - Circus and this was the result. 🎪️ It was also the first time that I made a reroot in a Barbie but I liked it. ^_^ Thanks very much Joana Costa for your magic hands to dress the ticket and cotton candy seller girl. <3 Congratulations to all who participated and showed so much creativity and wonderful works. It was an unforgettable experience! :)

I don't want to bother daddy, seem like he's so busy too.

I made doll clothes! All the clothes are for sale. (Dolls are not)

Where they are, it's nice a cool, like in the UK... so sweaters are important too. XD

Lovely girls in handmade clothes...

Finished the 1/4th size BJD kimono comission. ♥

The lucky stars are made of straw type of material. I made these several years ago. I've made and collected two jars of those. :)

振り袖姿の三人美女:それぞれの色合い、帯、飾りなどを考えるのが楽しいです。

Three different obi styles (from left to right)

Gold brocade: kokoro obi

Black brocade: fantasy-oiran obi (mix between oiran traditional obi and fukura-suzume)

Cotton obi with purple kakaeobi (抱え帯は役割があります~この帯はこの子にとっておは大きいです~なので、ないと帯が大きすぎ)and shibori obiage.

All but the green one are for sale.

Recently started playing more with obijime since I realised it's fun to make pictures with them...

Hazel looks very elegant in kimono, I think.

We used a different obi and obijime in this one. 😁 which combination do you like better, this one Hazel is wearing, or the pink one Lucywen (not named yet) is wearing?
