This is Grumpy.
Grumpy is a robot build with Lego Power Functions. He can pick things up and drop them where they belong. To give him a little personality, he can shake his had and raise his eyebrows.
All functions are done with only four motors.
God, I look like I'm in a mood here. Actually I wasn't in too severe a strop, it's just that after almost a week of not being photographed, this was the best camera smile I could manage. Sigh, not exactly the most flattering photo I've ever posted.

Oh yeah: yay for random hair colours. I love the way it's ginger where it's lit by the sun and brown where it isn't. By "I love" obviously I mean "I'm irritated by".

Grand Indiana Auto Tour - July 31 - August 3, 2013
I stepped off the tourist train at La Crosse, IN, and immediately did a double take. Across the street from the La Crosse Public Library was what appeared to be a genuine drag racing car that was once campaigned by one Bill "Grumpy" Jenkins, a famous Chevrolet drag racer from the sixties and seventies. I assume this Chevy Vega was one of the Pro Stock cars that Da Grump ran back around 1974. Jenkins had a long series of "Grumpy's Toy" cars, so this was far from the only one. But it may be the only one of that model. I don't know who owns it now or what class it runs in.
Maybe you cut me off while I was driving down the interstate; maybe you've asked me to do some ridiculously outrageous task; or just maybe, you've passed gas inside of your cubicle just as I was approaching you with a question. Either one of these scenarios (and many more) would warrant me making this facial expression. If you don't like this face, or variations of it, please refrain from any behavior/comments that would result in my facial muscles contorting in such a way. That is all.
