Grumpy Softshell
The Indian flapshell turtle (Lissemys punctata) is a freshwater species of turtle found in South Asia.
Check out the perpetual frown on his face.
Also note the aquatic morphological adaptation (body changes for life in water), where the nostril has a small piglet-like projection in which the nostril holes are placed. This enables the animal to be submerged inside water while breathing. The whole body can be deep inside water, while the animal stretches its long neck to put just the tip out of water and takes a puff of oxygen, thereby being totally safe from terrestrial (land) and arboreal (air) predators.
