Today I was feeling a bit under the weather, tired and grumpy so I i did this! A floppy ear and a slightly floppy horn matched my mood. Micron pens, aqua markers and coloured pencils. I cheered up when I had finished as I was very please with the finished picture

Herons often appear to be grumpy, but it's all just an illusion.
Haha, this is small compared to others! And honestly only a few I purchased on my own. Most of these were gifts to me. ^__^; My favorite is of course, the beat up one on the left. He's 26 years old! I just got the 6" vintage, (center) from ebay and he is adorable! <3
Love-a-lot was my favorite Care Bear as a kid, and I really wanted a Care Bear but my temper was really bad. My cousin bought me a Grumpy Bear for my 4th birthday (I guess as a joke?) but as a four year old always wanting a Care Bear I went nuts! I loved him! And still do. XD Maybe I gave him too much love. Some people think he looks creepy. ^__^;;;
But we welcome all new Grumpy's in the house of course! :) The only thing is, I think Grumpy is getting happier over the years.... o_O;
Everyone should have an Einstein beanie. Even if, from this angle, he looks a bit upset about something.
My sad geek credentials are firmly established when you realise that I also have a Charles Darwin one as well.
This is Grumpy.
Grumpy is a robot build with Lego Power Functions. He can pick things up and drop them where they belong. To give him a little personality, he can shake his had and raise his eyebrows.
All functions are done with only four motors.

Grumpy? Nope, Not me! Another of my silly t-shirts, that's all. I saw this one and thought of my friend, gaymay's dwarves. That man cracks me up and so did this shirt!
Ok - this one made me laugh. "Oh the indignity!" And was the ONLY one where the dog was properly positioned in the frame.
See comments for a slightly cheerier version.
(Tip: I taped a narrow plastic headband to the inside of the hat, so that it stays on their heads without needing the obnoxious piece of elastic.)
Don't be surprised if this basic idea shows up again in the next few days after I figure out what props I want to use with it.
Note: I bought the backdrop on heavy discount last year after Xmas was over.

One of the new Pixies that Dikkens bought!
Because Grumpy has a brown hat. However, this dwarf's expression is very grumpy-like.
Disney on Parade | Hong Kong Disneyland, March 2010
My shortest doll (Migidoll Miho) next to one of my tallest (Dollshe Saint). They are both so grumpy and cute :)
Setok (in the armchair) interviewing demoscene legends Truck and Britelite for a sketch-like "talk show" titled Grumpy Old Men. They talked about how they hate modern computers, games and pretty much everything, and how even dirt tasted better in their childhood.
The Alternative Party 7. Cable factory, Helsinki, Finland. November 2007. There will be more pictures from us on Slengpung.com, though as some others have also submitted their photos you might not be able to tell ours apart (especially since one of them used the same lens and everything).
If you want to see them in action, you have to view it in original size (or in the comment below)
It takes a bit to load completely.

I used to think that Kokolinka looks very similar to Juju, but now, having revisited his photos, I notice they're completely different...
Lili has a sweet innocent expression, while Juju's grumpiness was written all over his face. He knew hot to make an angry face... (Lil doesn't know what's 'angry')
Both, however, are Muppets :)
