I added Zuchini, with a touch of Garam masala, cracked pepper and sea salt to the stirfry. I served it on warm whole wheat tortillas with fresh basil and tomatoes. Yogurt/tahini sauce to cool the spice.

the griddle isn't really an extraordinary feat of product design. the lips are too shallow and it doesn't hold as much as you'd think. but none of that ruins my delight with the new new new stove!
We just got a panini press and Leah's grilled cheese sandwich was the first experiment. To make a long story short, we all had grilled things of various designs for dinner.
6. Plop it on your electric griddle set to ~180*. (I devised this recipe while working for a supermarket where we had all the ingredients but no way to cook it..we had 160* hot plates on the food wrapping machines so we used those..) Alternatively, you can put it on a frying pan over Medium-Low heat, or on the grill over a low flame. Im tempted to try to put this on the intake manifold on my car at the beginning of a road trip..I have a feeling it'd work.
