Lactose-intolerant sensitive, diabetic-sensitive, free-range marshmellow hot chocolate. Amazingly good. I drank mine in about two seconds.

I recently purchased a Cuisinart Griddler and I wanted to test cooking chicken using it so I prepared 2 breasts. One cooked on the Griddler and one cooked in a pan with olive oil.
This picture is the one I sauteed in a pan.
This picture is the one I cooked with the Griddler.
Verdict - The Griddler is very useful for paninis and making pancakes, but it's not so good for cooking meat. My one tip would be to keep the lid open and flip it to cook it instead of closing the lid and pressing the meat. The one cooked in the pan was juicier and more flavorful.
