Historic 1936 Grays Reef Lighthouse marking Grays Reef Passage in Lake Michigan. The light is located in Emmet County, Michigan. Viewed from the Shepler’s Extended Westbound Lighthouse Cruise.
The lighthouse is a 17' octagonal cylindrical Art Deco steel tower on a square keeper's quarters. The tower is mounted on a concrete and stone crib. When the lighthouse was constructed in 1936, a 40' stainless steel radiobeacon tower was mounted atop the lighthouse. The radiobeacon was removed by the U.S. Coast Guard in 2010.
The lighthouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005 (NRHP No. 05001210 as Grays Reef Light Station).

The inside word from Dr. Campbell is that he is opening a campus in High Point Soon.
The gardens of Gray's Inn in the City of London were designed by Sir Francis Bacon in 1606 (when they were known as The Walks). They are only open to the public for a few hours each day and are a relaxing place to enjoy your lunch sandwich and coffee. I'm no tree expert but I think this magnificent specimen is a eucalyptus.
The photo is heavily cropped. I tried to get closer, but it flew off before I could take a photograph.
