The Pacific Ocean as seen from Cape Foulweather on the Oregon coast.

using some old photos for photoshop

I took this to see the approaching train on the viewfinder, I had a shot in mind for a few moments later but opted to step aside for 'westernbasher' who got a sterling shot against the Sun!

That platform in the distance is Woodsmoor station. The loco is 66091 on the Peak Forest to Hope Street.

I changed this to my 365, I liked it more.

model: sister

Today was the first time I've used an underwater camera and it was super fun to use. The only problem was we had to take a lot of shots because I didn't have goggles to see the screen so I had to guess a little bit where she was and when to press the shutter.

I like how this one turned out though :)

It's really weird sitting here thinking about it being 4:30 and still light out at home when its 7:30 and pitch black here.

Parámetros :: Parameters :: Paramétres: Fuji FinePix SL1000; ISO 400; 0 ev; f 5.8; 1/1700; Fuji lens, 33 mm.

The History: León. Spain. Botines, the only building Gaudi in the city of Leon. Seen from San Isidoro, at dawn, with the light of sun and somewhat elevated above the horizon.

Taking up: I wanted a backlit indeed false because the sun illuminates the left. I wanted nothing but the silhouette and some detail in the tower bottom. The parameters were as forced meaning, so that already has a strong grain in the original image.

Treatment: With Aperture. Original JPG with Aperture Basic improving. The low and medium lights are down the most to lose detail that was in the image, leaving a solid black. then a gradient to black and white.

That's all folks !!

(Fr). Histoire: Léon. L'Espagne.

Slightly different version of our last cat Tinkerbell with the addition of "random gradients". For you Photoshop fans I learnt the technique through on line teacher Unmesh Dinda. Link to this video lesson attached.

Focus stacked image of my favourite rose with a gradient background

Amstelveen, Netherlands.

my first experience on gradient mapping

Tips are Zoya - Yasmeen, and the glitters are China Glaze - Nova and Fairy Dust, along with an Art Deco glitter. The base is one coat of OPI - Samoan Sand. After painting the top color, I freehanded Yasmeen on as the tips. After that had dried a bit, I put a relatively thick line of glitter from the Art Deco polish underneath Yasmeen. Then I lightly brushed Nova on to create a gradient effect, and put on Fairy Dust as a final glitter.

Clifton Hill Swansea. A 20% / 1:5 gradient.

Beautiful sunset glow, causing a gorgeous gradient.

I was surprised to see the sloped wall I got here. This model is made by a square grid, and 45 degrees pre crease only. The gradient I got was done by natural forces the creases made.

It is part of the Cubes family, of course.
