Boredom well and truely has set in at this point, stuck indoors whilst sick, so decided to play with colour after taking some shots of some fossils to create some abstracts!

Taken near sunset (generally facing East) departing Puerto Rico. I wish that the moon had turned out better, but I really liked the gradient of color from the ocean up to the atmosphere. I ended up not including the ocean in the shot so that I could try to capture the moon and the deep bluish-purple color surrounding it.

MLY WDM2's effortlessly pull the small load towards SC.

First portrait using gradient mesh.

Looking for fb on background - I know the rest isn't complete.

Over edited picture. I'm about to give up and try to take some more pictures.

Taken with homemade 75mm lens at f/1.5.

 

Minimal processing out of the camera, just a levels adjustment.

Slow rise of color

* Gradient Tool = G on PC shortcut.

 

By double clciking on the narrow rectangular window on the options bar of the "Gradient Tool", you can choose and make your own multi-colour gradient and then click and drag on the canvas to apply.*

When the sky looks like a painting, capture it.
