Using Google maps to plot routes and distances was great when I was drafting an itinerary for our trip to Greece
Screenshot taken from GoogleMaps at Scheveningen Boulevard at maximum zoomlevel. Compare it with the same location on Google Earth (schev-1) where you can zoom in much further and can see a person on a bicycle.

with google maps for mobile 3.2, i can now access maps i created on google maps for desktop. well, this feature has been available on the android platform for a while. but it is better be late than never to appear on other platforms. this is my "my layer" appears on my n97. with this release, i can officially free myself from nokia's own ovi maps which is really clumsy to use and almost useless to search for places.

Parece que por fin, tras meses sin absoluto movimiento, Google está añadiendo nuevos mapas a Google Maps.
Esta vez le ha tocado el turno a Italia, aunque por ahora sólo han puesto un "trocito".
