this is where I lived during high school. My parents lived there till after I got out of college. It's the place that would feel most like home, I guess.

When planning my Bonderman application (which I did not turn in), I freaked out when the images of the terrain changed drastically on Google Maps once I started scanning Africa. This is saved as "the world is scary."
Sinds deze week is het detailniveau van de Nederlandse foto's in Google Earth/Google Maps verhoogd. Je kunt nu erg veel moois van Nederland zien.
This building is being knocked down and I was sorry I hadn't taken a photo of it - so I copied* an image from Google maps - they do a good job :)
*There might be a way of doing this on my iMac desktop - but I can't find out how (one usually copies an image with cmd + click) so I did it on my iPhone - press the "home" and the "on/off" button simultaneously :)
