Bob had turned into a ghost, WE don't know what's going on here and also Scoop is getting spooked indeed! Can somebody in Sunflower Valley help us?! There's a ghost riding a JCB digger!
I somehow managed to not upload the cross-processed photos from my recent blog about my newly-acquired Fuji GA645i...
A school bus fan gets pictures of one of two identical buses in use at a church in Huntington WV. A guy at the garage said the buses were originally used by a school district in Indiana, and they had consecutive VIN numbers.

This is a typical scene in my house. Strange memorabilia - Joe Linsner made that mask for me based on a poem I sent him about Cinderella. I love the process of getting ready because I daydream and listen to music and get in touch with my femininity through the ritual of curlers and lipstick.
Both boys were potty-trained by 15-16 months. I let both boys run around naked as soon as they were able to walk, esp. in the summer, w/ 1 potty chair out in the yard & 1 inside. Being able to see, feel, hear, & smell when they went to the bathroom made them more aware of their bodily functions. It worked great & was so easy too! I've never understood what all the fuss is about w/ coercion, tricks, bribes & rewards. It's a natural part of life. Waking up to pee in the middle of the night takes longer/more maturity, so they still had to wear pull-ups to bed for a few months.
Photos from the 3rd annual Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals in Norwalk. This is me getting ready in the staging lanes before my semi-final run in my Sanyo A Fuel Dragster.
A quick lil meme I came up with in response to the Cheerios controversy.
I really want to commend Cheerios and their agency Saatchi and Saatchi for not only having the courage to produce this honest and touching ad, but also for having the strength in their convictions to stand behind it.
Jill suggested I either did the following :
1.) You have done a few animal shots - how about trying one more? You can take the pic in color or black & white.
2.) How about doing something with HDR or with some processing. I know you've done some of these, but I'd like to see more - maybe something pretty wild.
Since I had already captured some birds for the last round,
I chose to process 2 pics with a HDR treatment via PIcasa,
after saturating the dynamic colors a bit via Photoshop Elements.
Hope you like the result !

...on 99 miles of pure heaven, well, the last phrase is from a write up of this book made in none other than the Midhurst and Petworth Observer.
Pieter and Rita Boogaart are a Dutch couple who drive to and around Britain quite often and this is an updated version of the original. They seem to be accomplished travel authors as they also produced the title 'Curiosities of Bedfordshire', and apparently Pieter was once on Newsnight.
Oh, and Pieter is also the European Secretary of the Folly Fellowship.
