My friend Kat saw this car while we were driving home from the Celtic Festival.

OMFG!!! Want!!!!

That's the biggest and best-looking toy I've ever seen! O.O!!!

Considering this shot was taken from a moving car (~65 mph) and was accelerating away from us, it's not that bad of a shot.

inspired by a fortune I saw on my SuSe box.

I knew they had a store, but I had no idea it was across the street from the Long Beach convention center.

Thanks to Melissa from Simply Sweets by Honeybee for the tutorial for these cute owls. I made RI transfers for the eyes, nose, and bow. That made for a super speedy decorating process!

Or "White and Nerdy" - take your pick. I shaved earlier that week for the first time in a long time. I'm listening to my Beatles Love MP3s with the neat PocketTunes app built in to the new Treo.

Started out as a white bird cage, I added fabric inside and a light.

Love that plastic on the furniture! This must also be October, 1961. Joanne, See No Evil (John), Genny, Hear No Evil (Andy) in back. Berni in chair. Speak No Evil (Mark) on right front.

This is pretty much how my brothers tended to pose in childhood.

And I remember those tights. Girls were not allowed to wear pants to school in those days so we wore dresses with tights in cold weather. And when you cut your knees playing and it scabbed over, the scab would stick to your tights. Ouch!

I'm making THAT face again.

I found these glasses today; bought them a while ago at Taste of the Danforth. They rock my world.

Also, today I'm wearing perfume that was given to me for free by the guy who works at Pape Pizza & Variety. Me and my friends know him well because he served us pizza at least once a week for 2 years. One time he told me his friend gave him perfume samples from her new line, and he didn't want/need them, so he gave them to me. :) They smell niiice.

At Operation Pets Alive, we use all the technology available to save dogs. Here, Marcia Piotter, founder and president (with camera and phone) juggles last-minute scheduling with photo-taking, while Mr.. J. K., a major supporter, sends a text. The documents he's holding contain the health certificates and records for some of the 30 dogs we sent out on a P,.E.T.S. transport on April 25th. Transport of dogs from Texas Shelters to Shelters up North, involves many, many moving parts.
