This is from a photo-shoot that took place back in December for Fuzzy and his car. A few guys started a new car blog, geared more towards the audience getting to know the owner and quality photography rather than countless crappy shots and a few words tied together thoughtlessly.

These remind me of the fuzzy egg masses laid by gypsy moths. I hope they aren't.They were found UNDER bark, which doesn't sound like what gypsy moths do.

This Ford Crown Victoria taxi is among a few in Las Vegas that have sprouted Muppet fur to advertise the musical Avenue Q.

This was a cloudy night with the clouds playing with the Moon's reflecyion.

A large, fuzzy-headed Sheep Moth visited this evening as a welcome dinner guest. Very large and colorful. He is sitting on a paper towel that he found attractive. Eating outdoors is always an adventure. (Sierra Nevada Mountains)

Macro Mondays

I found this fuzzy tiny cactus and thought it fit the description nicely!

it's that time of the year!

Fuzzy caterpillars everywhere. I invited one in for some shots. :)

I'm certain this is a type of Robber Fly, but I've yet to identify the species. He was really cute and little!

Edit: I think this may be a Meagphorus minutus, but I've only been able to find one picture with ID of this species. There's not even a page for the genus on Bug Guide.

On the little peach tree just outside my Mom's backdoor.

It really is a mystery that I was up by 5:30 this morning, and still managed to miss my 6:55am train to work...weird.

The focus and DOF on this shot aren't exactly how I'd want, but I just had to post it because I've never realized that butterflies were so fuzzy!

Edit: I guess I should stop complaining... I like the shot, and I love the tones... so what if I wanted a couple of milimeters for DOF on the end of the wing. Thanks everyone for the kind comments!!

Edit 2: Happy FFF Everyone!

Fantastic Fractal Fun in Tierazon.

I was originally going to call this "Clockwork Tree" but I now think it looks more like a robot - but with a serious fungal problem.

A day where Kaden works his 1st part time job as hair/wig model....

He dislikes fuzzy hair..... and sudden straight bangs...

"All these wigs are just normal standard wig shapes, I styled them properly for the shoot*

From a car show in 2011. I thought these mannequins were a hoot! They are sitting in a 1966 Ford Ranchero.

365/6 Moments 2012

So much to see this evening walking the hike & bike.

I watched long enough to see that this guy was extremely hungry and certainly devoured the leaf quickly.
