A strange and fuzzy tree at Yuni Garden, seen at night. The fuzz appears to be stems upon which a few flowers were hanging. I think I've heard of this type of tree before but don't remember its name.
Another tiny treasure discovered in my yard this weekend. Such a minuscule piece of the world pictured here, but so full of texture.

Black yarn is Vanna's Choice, and I think the gray yarn is something like Lion Brand Homespun? Can't remember.

My wife LOVED this. It is a small res. and blurry due to cropping to get it enlarged...The bird was quite a distance away.
She liked the result because it looks like a painting.
Another photo playing with the extremely slow shutter speed. I've seen other people do things like this, using a 30-second exposure to turn the water's surface fuzzy. It was fairly choppy while I was there, but the long exposure turns the water's surface to a gradient.

I found a grassy field full of these cute fuzzy caterpillars. I personally think caterpillars are adorable, but these were just extra cute! I was tempted to pick one up to cuddle it.

Taken from the back porch of a mountain cabin that we rented for the weekend. The view from the cabin was not spectacular, so I decided to shoot macro.
Fuzzy is almost done. He turned out so adorable.
