I watched a very strange movie today called Never Let Me Go (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1334260/).
It really got me thinking about my life/my purpose/organ donations...
I really do feel that everyone is here for one reason or another. I also believe that most people do not come to fully realize why that is. I, for one, have no clue.
What am I supposed to be doing? Working in an office? Playing video games? Cooking? Drawing? Making photographs?
I have my dreams just like everyone else, but I can't say for certain that I'll ever accomplish them.
Maybe when I get closer to the fuzzy bright lights, I'll know. But hopefully, at that point, I still have time to do what I want.

Canada Goose goslings are at their cutest when they are small and fuzzy. Then they grow up to become loud and obnoxious, not to mention their knack for leaving messes wherever they go, lol.
I went to physiotherapy today (as today was the day of the appointment, unlike yesterday) and have been instructed to do neck excersises. However, before I start on them I have to warm my neck up and the physio suggested a hot towel or heat pack. She was rather surprised when I told her I had a duck that I could use, but laughed when I explained about Fuzzy.

I went out onto the deck late last night, and found Fuzzy and all his little buddies snuggled up together.

Can anybody name the variety?

This bag is made from Patons Moonglow. It's quite a fuzzy and splitty yarn, not the easiest to crochet with, but the colours are good and I like the size. I didn't use a pattern but might try to replicate it in another, less bobble-prone, yarn.
When I saw the fuzzy bottom on this bee I knew it had to be something different. According to bugguide, it is Genus Megachile - Leaf-cutter and Resin Bees.
"The Megachilidae are a cosmopolitan family of (mostly) solitary bees whose pollen-carrying structure (called a scopa) is restricted to the ventral surface of the abdomen (rather than mostly or exclusively on the hind legs as in other bee families)." and
"Megachilid bees are among the world's most efficient pollinators." en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Megachilidae

Fuzzy Mitten Lamb - Free Pattern on Ravelry by Barbara Prime
I used Patons Pooch, wheat field (colour) yarn - it was fun to work with, very forgiving knitting, I hardly had to pay attention at all!
It is a great pattern - nice and simple, but I adjusted it a bit so I could knit in the round (didnt want to try to seam up those edges!) and I added a few rows to the contrast colour (ivory) on the hands and feet (I think nose too) because my cc yarn was much thinner.
I think he turned out pretty cute! Hopefully it looks like a lamb... could be a lot of cute stuffed animals I guess, I saw a lot of people adjusting this pattern to make other creatures!
...and fuzzy fun with Nik Silver Efex Pro for b&w adjustments. It's "structure" slider helped bring out the texture of the lichen.
HFF!
This was the first pair of fuzzy Uber I've made. I cut up a sweater dress of mine and one of my husbands shirts (shhhhh dont tell him!). They are a prize for the winner of my "100 Fans on Facebook" contest! You can be a fan too, www.facebook.com.baybeegeeshop
