Another shot of Marshalls yard shopping centre in Gainsborough. It is the first Christmas that it has been open and I think they have done a reasonably good job of the decorations. The tree stands where there is normally a fountain, it's a nice fountain but I have no pictures of it yet. Getting pictures of the fountain without women bathing their huge free loading families is an ambition of mine. Watch this space. :D
I watched this cattle egret land on a neighbor's fence and begin walking upward.
I surmised it will be "framed" by the middle window in due time and I snapped
this shot as soon as it happened!

Our backyard lake is active with visitors from up north. This early,
I've already seen more species of ducks, more tricolored and green
herons and lots of egrets than last year. This should be a very
fruitful winter, bird photography wise. :)

My photo meets the project requirements by the framing in the brick wall. I took this photo by first setting up a tripod and setting a timer on my camera. Then I opened it in Camera RAW and changing the vibrance, the brightness, and the curves. One thing i though i could do better is bring out more of the detail in the brick wall. One thing i thought i did well was getting decent lighting and getting what I wanted in focus.
