This cold morning, ice adorned the fence line. The cattle were not hindered by ice on the blades of grass.

Looking across Athens City this afternoon. Naturally framed by some barbed wire on top of the hill on the way to the Acropolis.
Smile on Saturday - Framed
Uncropped image of a giraffe in the foreground and eland in the background.
No camera or editing tricks here.
I was standing behind a bush and was able to take this shot through an opening.
Taking this shot emphasized, to me, how tall these animals really are.
These animals roam free, but because of the harsh, dry, winter some "greens" were dumped at strategic places to supplement the dry veld.
In the background the dry earth and trees can be seen.

Although I like the previous image more, this one still has quite a lot of merit to it. I like the wave covering the entire bottom 3rd of the frame, as well as the bird naturally in the top left corner. The wings were clipped in other images in the series but are intact here, not to mention the legs kicking the water.
Been focused on other projects but will probably return and search for more White-eyed gulls soon.

Along the Northeastern Trail This dilapidated Barn sits with a ceramic tiled block silo in excellent condition. There are several of these ceramic silos in the area. Zoom in to inspect.
Photo taken from the window of hotel using tripod. I took a lot of full tower view photos but this one stood out more as Eiffel Tower took up more space in the frame.
