The truth is what people perceive to be the truth. In some way we are all living in a system of lies. What then does it make of us? What we frame or choose to see are our frames in life. But is there anything wrong with that? As long as we live happy and fulfilling lives in our own minds, what is wrong with living a lie?

Just recently got the Canon EF 24-70 f/2.8L USM. I've been wanting this one for a long time... and finally saved up enough to get it. Shot a wedding a few weekends ago with it and the photos turned out amazing. (I might post some of those.)

Last night I went to the Exposure Gallery and met the amazing street photographer, Waxy. (Hi John, it was great meeting and talking to you.)

After that I took this new lens for a test drive with a friend on a walk along Broadway and spotted this unique glasses shop and had some fun shooting everything in site.

Tajima Embroidery Wooden Hoop / Frame: This 155 x 80 mm (6.1 x 3.1 inch) rectangular Allied Wooden embroidery hoop / frame is perfect for small vertical logo embroidery on shirt sleeves, etc., using Tajima embroidery machines.

This hoop is offered in an Single Height (SH) version.

One of the natural characteristics of wood is its grained texture. This provides a superior gripping power to hoop all varieties of articles firmly. This characteristic is great for hooping slippery fabrics such as satins and silks, as well as thicker jackets and other articles that may be difficult to hoop tautly using regular plastic hoops.

Allied wooden hoops / frames for Tajima tubular embroidery machines are offered in large number of unique and popular sizes including some specialty wooden hoop sizes such as:

Sleeve Hoops: Taller (in Y direction) x Narrower (in X direction), ideal for vertical embroidery on shirt sleeves, pant legs, team uniforms, etc.

Horizontal Line Hoops: Shorter (in Y direction) x Wider (in X direction), ideal for single or double line horizontal embroidery across the chest, upper or lower back of sweat shirts, etc.

We also offer a full range of patented Allied Grid-Lock plastic hoops for Tajima and most other popular brands of embroidery machines.

This is done in case you are just replacing existing steel door frames. Carefully remove the molding from the wall using a pry until the mold is all gone. Use the screw drivers to remove the hinge pins and pull out the hinges and the door. Next, use the drill to remove the steel door frame, sills and jams. You should only perform this step if there is an existing door.

I work for an eye doctor that carries a variety of different frame lines. The most interesting frames is the Daniel Swarovski line. Genuine Swarovski crystals set into the temples. This particular frame is quite conservative actually. Women who buy it go crazy for the cute case pictured that also has genuine Swarovski crystals set into the strap. They claim to use it as an evening purse. For the money...hell yeah! Even so...too goddy for me.

Regolit lamp. Looks like a UFO on a fishing rod and my dog's terrified by it, but I do like it.

These are the Modern Burt eyeglasses frames I tried online with FrameFinder.

Antique frames in gallery show at Casa di Cambi in Genoa, Italy.

I saw this vignette outside a front door walking down the street in Fairhope, AL. I really like the creativity or re-purposing these old frames.
