I finally got something on the wall in the entryway of our home. The console is a cheap little thing that's a little dinged up, but it's so hard to find small consoles that will fit in my little home! I will be fixing it up a little bit and replacing the hardware, as soon as I get some time!

Daily Dog Challenge: Squares and Rectangles

Shot at Totnes beside the river dart.

The petzval lens is unsharp at point of focus, flares like crazy even with the lens hood without the sun direct to the glass. Yet the look achievable is unsurpassed with any modern lens.

Here the composition was simple, the flare adds to the story of a bright midday sun, the unsharp subjects have a glow in the edges- in a nutshell, its a lens with immense use to create not just photographs, its tells a story wrapped in cozy comfort of a dream.

It was my first day out with the lens. Looking at the back of the camera I immediately had an idea it would take lots of time to master this lens. One of the best addition to my tools.
