They're on South Commercial in Salem. The cute guy with a red mohawk at the counter told me they're planning on building 3 or 4 more stores around town.

(Yes, he would still be cute, no matter what his hair looks like. But the mohawk suited him well.)

I took this to an Easter Friday lunch at my parents house. Smoked Salmon on a bed of Rocket (arugula?) topped with creme fraiche, lime zest and lime wedges.
