Corrado's in Wayne, located on Berdan Avenue just off the Hamburg Turnpike has become one of my foodie road trip destinations.

Over a dozen Bay Area artists served their favorite comfort food recipes rooted in the places and peoples of diaspora for a public tasting at March's ConVerge gathering, co-hosted by artist Michael Arcega.
