Again no idea what sort but its definitely a Filipino butterfly. Could even be the same species as the first one just with different lighting.
I know you tubenose aficionados have been getting anxious as to when you would start seeing tubenose photos from the seabird capital of the world...so I thought I would throw this one in as an appetizer. Of course, you immediately recognized it as a Fluttering Shearwater. As the Kiwis would say, "Good on you".
As for the wags who will no doubt complain that this bird does not seem to be doing much fluttering....chill. Queen Charlotte Sound (Marlborough Sounds), South Island, New Zealand.

It's been a cold and dreary Spring so far, but we finally have had some sun, and these crocuses were reaching as far as they could to drink it up.

I just love the way the little butterflies appear to flutter around the rings of crystals and beads, don't you?
