While installing the lift I opted to completely remove the rear sway bar (which was oversized as I had the air suspension). I also have quick disconnects already installed on the front sway bar. On the street there is little noticeable difference with the rear gone. Off road, it is a big help having the rear axle able to do some flex-work for a change.
Tire size is LT265/75R16, minimal rubbing occurred at the leading corners of the plastic trim panel below the doors, and the trailing corners of the bumper trim. Use of a DREMEL makes short work of removing the excess trim, with little noticeable cosmetic change. There is no rubbing in the rear at this tire size.
The stock bump-stops actually prevent upward articulation to a point that would allow the tire to rub anything metal. Downward articulation is not noticeably affected on the opposite wheel by this, however I have clearly outgrown the LEI Test Track and need to seek out larger obstacles for a realistic test.
More flex could certainly be gained with a taller lift, however additional cost would be required to properly build it and maintain acceptable driveline angles. At 2 inches, the additional stress on driveline components is negligible, allowing the vehicle substantially improved capability using a far simpler (and less expensive) spring-and-shock only lift.
These pictures may not match what you’ve heard of Carnival in Germany. It’s true, Frankfurt’s carnival corso (which takes place on Carnival Sunday) is not a big affair. On the other hand, the impression is deceiving. For Frankfurt’s carnival aficionados the corso on sunday is just a warming-up, a joy-muscle-flexing, costume-proving test run for the real action. On the following Carnival Monday hard-core buffs who had the good sense to take a day-off in advance rush to nearby Mainz, renowned and notorious for it’s corso, being off-limits to everybody who dares not to laugh. The other buffs stay at Frankfurt, watching Mainz’s corso on TV, gritting their teeths, and polishing their carnival masks. On Tuesday survivors and hangovers from Mainz and left-behinds from Frankfurt alike gather in Heddernheim to visit the last corso of the year. An otherwise quiet sub-urb of Frankfurt, Heddernheim turns into a Ground Zero for carnival activities on the last day of carnival. Here they dance the day away, burn the midnight oil and do all that, what their old mothers told them not to do. Or something in the same line. Shellac holding up on cream rubber Mafac half hood. Several very thin layers in an almost watery consistency, applied with cotton cloth. After drying, I dulled down the finish using fine steel wool.

A project to design a 5.1 sound theatre system, complete with speakers, sub woofer and DVD player. Owing to time constraints, it was only required to have produced a full render/presentation board for the stand alone speaker.
Unfortunately, due to having an interview and an electronics exam in the last week as well as a long running injection moulding project, this board was perhaps the only good part of the assignment! From my finished sketches to a fully finished board took about a day, but would have been less had I not struggled with ImageStudio so much.

The entire chair is cut on a CNC router, then sanded and assembled without the need for glue or hardware. The seat and back rest flex when sat upon, creating a comfortable seating surface akin to upholstery.
Newly released at the 2012 LA Motorshow in November is the new 2013 Flex. Newly funked up styling and colours meets the boxy oddball wagoneer body.

Ciro-flex is back from its wartime hiatus! The reference to a "print-size" viewfinder is a reminder that aside from 35mm cameras, many photographers simply made contact prints (1:1 in size to the negative, not enlarged).
Note some small styling changes to the nameplate and focus knob versus the prewar model.
