Creatine can rebuild APT. This is technically called triphosphate and it is a chemical in the body that powers your muscles. When you are lifting, ATP will help your muscles contract. With each contraction the amount of ATP in your system will decrease until you are full of it to the point where you cannot longer lift. The only way to replenish ATP in your muscles is with creatine.
Creatine will increase your ability to store glycogen. Your muscles use glycogen to fuel the anabolic process. You need to have an adequate amount of glycogen to help your muscles recover after an intense workout. By doing this, your muscles will grow bigger and faster as well.

Ystrad Mynach was always a favourite Valley Lines location because of the semaphore signalling until that was replaced a few years ago, but owing its split-platforms quite decent record shots may still be captured. Earlier in the day I saw I saw two Class 769 Flex units, but neither were in ideal photographic situations, they were heading north up the Rhymney valley, so with the help of RTT I found a suitable location to await their return.
769002 works 2P64, the 14.46 Bargoed to Penarth through Ystrad Mynach on 19 May 2021. In today's bland 'tat' designs, this somewhat elderly design looks quite smart in my prejudiced opinion.
A project to design a 5.1 sound theatre system, complete with speakers, sub woofer and DVD player. Owing to time constraints, it was only required to have produced a full render/presentation board for the stand alone speaker.
Unfortunately, due to having an interview and an electronics exam in the last week as well as a long running injection moulding project, this board was perhaps the only good part of the assignment! From my finished sketches to a fully finished board took about a day, but would have been less had I not struggled with ImageStudio so much.

The entire chair is cut on a CNC router, then sanded and assembled without the need for glue or hardware. The seat and back rest flex when sat upon, creating a comfortable seating surface akin to upholstery.
Ciro-flex is back from its wartime hiatus! The reference to a "print-size" viewfinder is a reminder that aside from 35mm cameras, many photographers simply made contact prints (1:1 in size to the negative, not enlarged).
Note some small styling changes to the nameplate and focus knob versus the prewar model.
