This is my photo of the day, the shot I did first thing in the morning before starting my day's activities, posed for the camera flexing my bicep, which is still small but will grow as you progress in my fitness routine, I hope I like it and enjoy it is with great fondness.

Got my brace unlocked to 30 degrees yesterday... turns out, walking with your knee able to bend up to 30 degrees is a lot like walking without being able to bend at all. But hey, it's progress, so I'll take it.

Passing Jack's Lane near Crow Nest Junction is 769448 on 11th January with 2W12 1251 Alderley Edge to Southport.
After a questionable start, the 769s appear to have settled down somewhat in the reliability stakes and you have more than half a chance of getting to your destination now!
Update - Jack's Lane bridge is being demolished over the weekend of 4th February 2023 to make way for the OLE
