Rainshower and full length mirrored storage unit on the left. You can't see it cause the shower screen is misted up, but the mixer tap is in the middle of the wall above the bath. So you don't have to bend over, or get sprayed with cold water when you turn it on. It's the little things!
in the flat where my friends Julie and Trev used to live, before the landlord decided he wanted to sell it..booo! It was a lovely old fashioned Edinburgh tenement flat, with fire surround in the bedroom, lots of storage and high ceilings...not like those poxy new rubbish flats that they throw up these days. I wish I'd got pictures of it, the kitchen was fabulous!
Just another night of drinking and computer games no doubt! I would have been hungover in the morning after one too many Jack Daniels, and Julie probably made me breakfast in bed ;) She is the best!!
MASS MoCA has an amusing gift shop- I thought this would be great for my dorm, but couldn't justify 8 bucks for a piece of cardboard that really isn't super cute.

I moved here to live at the end of May 2014 and this grouping were taken in late January on a Saturday drive.
Captains Flat is an historic mining town south of Queanbeyan in the Southern Tablelands of rural New South Wales with the Molonglo River running through it.
"The area was originally inhabited by Ngarigo Aboriginal people prior to European settlement. The town formed as a result of mining for gold, silver, lead, zinc, copper and iron pyrites in the hills surrounding the upper reaches of the Molonglo River. There are so many areas of natural beauty in and around Canberra, it's certainly worth a visit!
The reason they are linked to my pinch river profile is because they will inevitably feed into my work at some stage in some way or another, but for now can just be enjoyed as images of the area that captured my attention and inspired my creativity.
