Flat Stanley visited me in Houston after Hurricane Ike and we went to check on the houses a block over. The family in this home luckily had evacuated.
Here we are at the new resort in Ko 'Olina. It's the Aulani Disney Resort. Ko'Olina (koh-oh-lee-nah) means "delightful or lovely." Aulani (ow-lah-nee) means "messenger of the chief."
Canada Place Trade and Convention Center, Vancouver, is also a cruiseship dock in the cruiseship season from the beginning of May to the end of September. The cruiseships go back and forth between Vancouver and Alaska.

I moved here to live at the end of May 2014 and this grouping were taken in late January on a Saturday drive.
Captains Flat is an historic mining town south of Queanbeyan in the Southern Tablelands of rural New South Wales with the Molonglo River running through it.
"The area was originally inhabited by Ngarigo Aboriginal people prior to European settlement. The town formed as a result of mining for gold, silver, lead, zinc, copper and iron pyrites in the hills surrounding the upper reaches of the Molonglo River. There are so many areas of natural beauty in and around Canberra, it's certainly worth a visit!

Boldon Flats
First time I've seen both together.
What about a can of fix-a-flat? This is the flat tire that I caused when that evil curb jumped right out in front of my left rear tire. Fortunately it was just a flat tire and I didn't actually tip the truck over (which I thought was gonna happen for a second there).
Some parts of the old flats have yet to be renovated and stand as a reminder to the past and to how bad it got on here.
A vast salt flat is located at the mouth of the Ombrone river. It was scenery that I had never experienced before, just beautiful.
