Conservation Jobs Corps members and Patapsco Heritage Greenway volunteers join the efforts to clean up and rebuild the Avalon Area after the significant flooding at the end of May.

Did some experiments with flashes and light. This is what came out of it. Not sure if this strikes as strange or off-beat or downright weird. Feel free to tell me ...

This is an early test for a Flash animation I am working on. There are a few things to tweak, but the main idea is there.

The red flashing lights are turned on just before engines start and turned off after engines are shut down (walking near an operating jet engine or turboprop is more dangerous than juggling chain saws: when ground personnel see those red lights flashing, they know the engines are running and the area is unsafe; white wingtip strobes are typically turned on near the runway because they are a distraction to other pilots on the ground); as for the red optical edging effects in the airplane window, let me here mention the significant visual phenomenon of polarization, which describes the tendency of light waves to oscillate in a certain direction

To all who visit and view, and – especially – express support and satisfaction: you are much appreciated!

My roads were nice and clean this evening.

However, the roads leading to my roads weren't.

So, I parked a few blocks down the hill and walked up.

I got great timing on this one. Getting the muzzles flash is hard to do with this things.

An accidental double exposure. Dryers in operation at the laundromat, and then some flowers or something. I think I might have triple exposed this, honestly.
